you talking about Thompson hitting Green in the face or Green hitting Bron in the face?
6/1/2018 1:22:19 AM
No one’s getting suspended for game 2. Except maybe LeBron tells JR to GTFO
6/1/2018 1:26:46 AM
Let's get back to the important NBA stuffhttp://awfulannouncing.com/nba/in-addition-to-tweeting-from-burner-accounts-bryan-colangelo-or-his-wife-seems-to-have-been-commenting-on-all-sorts-of-articles.htmlLMAO fire this clown already
6/1/2018 2:00:46 AM
I still can't believe they overturned that charge (or that it's even possible to review those types of calls). That was game over.
6/1/2018 7:53:42 AM
https://www.sbnation.com/2018/5/31/17416184/lebron-james-charge-kevin-durant-overturned-block-foul-cavs-warriors-game-1-nba-finalsThey got it right after review. LeBron is clearly still sliding over after Durant starts his shot. It was clearly a tough call as on the floor one official called it a charge and another called it a block, but the end result was correct.
6/1/2018 8:04:23 AM
I can't decide what's going to happen in game 2.Felt like almost everything (outside of the refs) went Cavs way last night. Insane game from Lebron (52 points on 32 shots), Klay injury scare, +15 rebound advantage, hung with GSW for the 3rd quarter, ect... but they still couldn't pull it off. On the other hand GSW almost look bored after wins. The blueprint is there for the Cavs to pull this off. Warriors really miss Iggy. Plus no one outside of Lebron and Love (21/13 but 1/8 from 3) had a stellar game.
6/1/2018 9:15:43 AM
Anticipating they get blown out. That is a devastating loss. You pull out Game 1, then Game 2 is a bit of house money and go home feeling good 1-1. Could see them coming out flat and just losing by 20+. Just the fact it is competitive is amazing. That Cavs roster overall stinks. Wish it was a healthy Kyrie / Love / LeBron out there.
6/1/2018 9:53:02 AM
Cavs have to win the close ones, because they are absolutely going to get blown out 2-3 times.
6/1/2018 10:10:22 AM
Carolina fans be like "That's why Roy stopped recruiting JR Smith and he had to go pro. Not smart enough to be a tar heel." LOLOLOLOLOL

in real time it was a chargeit’s absurd that they can change that call after reviewing it for one thing, watching a super slo-mo replay, and deciding to overturn the call over something they weren’t originally looking for[Edited on June 1, 2018 at 1:45 PM. Reason : .]

I remember all those times that the refs changed foul calls on JordanAlso, I like how everyone assumes that if JR Smith had called a timeout, or had passed it to Lebron or whatever, that the Cavs would've definitely scored. [Edited on June 1, 2018 at 3:57 PM. Reason : .]
6/1/2018 3:34:12 PM
It's complete garbage that they can go back and look at that one foul, but no other fouls throughout the game are reviewed. How about the bullshit foul of LeBron cleanly stripping the ball from Durant in the 4th? Or the next series when Durant stripped the ball from LeBron and got all hand/arm but didn't get a call? Both were blatantly incorrect calls that could've been fixed with review.I heard a good comparison earlier, it would be like the NFL refs reviewing an incompleted pass out of bounds but during the replay they determine that pass interference happened. It's not right
6/1/2018 5:21:23 PM
Except that what they did is explicitly allowed by NBA rules (and is actually required when doing a block/charge replay), whereas that isn't allowed in the NFL.]
6/1/2018 5:34:20 PM
justin sounding like the guy who calls charges in pickup games, itt
6/1/2018 5:52:17 PM
^^right, but LeBron was not even close to being in the restricted area, so it shouldn't have been reviewed to begin with.I'm a Cavs fan so anything I say is biased, but it seems like the Cavs got jobbed in a game where they needed everything to go perfect to win
6/1/2018 6:02:53 PM
^^LeBron slid into Durant's path. That is not a legal guarding position.^only people who jobbed the Cavs are JR Smith and George Hill.]
6/1/2018 9:14:45 PM
They were absolutely at fault too, but just as important as the missed shots were the missed calls. Whatever, it's over, I'm happy the Cavs competed and didn't lose by 30.
6/1/2018 9:39:55 PM
lol TT10 thinks a regular poster here plays pickup basketball. That's cute.

So no link eh? Ok.
6/2/2018 11:17:16 AM
I like how you found the need to cut into me arguing with the author of the linkJeff Van Gundy explained it just fine on the broadcast during the game[Edited on June 2, 2018 at 11:39 AM. Reason : maybe you were busy looking up gifs and missed the commentary]
6/2/2018 11:25:59 AM
The commentary and the call were in disagreement.
6/2/2018 11:49:17 AM
the refs themselves were in disagreement at the timejust wondering if you actually think a player has to be completely set with both feet in order to draw a charge
6/2/2018 11:53:28 AM
Yes, I actually do think that, and apparently I'm not alone.
6/2/2018 1:12:43 PM
LOL, that quote doesn’t say what you think it does.
6/2/2018 1:21:09 PM
ever heard of the verticality rule?
6/2/2018 1:25:10 PM
hahahaha
6/2/2018 1:25:53 PM
“A player may continue to move after gaining a guarding position in the path of an opponent provided he is not moving directly or obliquely toward his opponent when contact occurs. A player is never permitted to move into the path of an opponent after the opponent has started his upward jumping motion.” -from NBA rules
6/2/2018 1:29:55 PM
No suspension
6/2/2018 1:31:42 PM
He gained a legal guarding position? Apparently the refs didn't see it that way.
6/2/2018 1:42:22 PM
plz, hilariously bold half of another rule again
6/2/2018 1:44:58 PM
Or you could argue while I'm wrong.[Edited on June 2, 2018 at 1:48 PM. Reason : And gif me that supposed legal guarding position LeBron obtained]]

Lebron’s bloodshot eye makes me queasy
6/3/2018 8:43:07 PM
all i know about Lebron's eye is he is a pussy for writhing around on the ground for 30 seconds after it allegedly happened[Edited on June 3, 2018 at 9:10 PM. Reason : allegedly]
6/3/2018 9:09:28 PM
he looked dead tired during the 2nd quarter, which means he’s probably going to come out and dominate the 3rd quarter
6/3/2018 9:20:20 PM
6/3/2018 9:44:57 PM
you're not going to question another man's toughness tonight?
6/3/2018 9:51:42 PM
What's the over/under on the number of games LeBron wins in this series?[Edited on June 3, 2018 at 9:55 PM. Reason : I questioned a man's toughness?]
6/3/2018 9:53:34 PM
1.5? dunno but that's my guess
6/3/2018 9:55:27 PM
It's more of an acting argument, not toughness.
6/3/2018 10:05:15 PM

this is pretty good[Edited on June 3, 2018 at 10:08 PM. Reason : ^ so you're contending he was in that much pain. ok. cool.]
