Cleverly also has started every game for England under Hodgson. I'm sorry I just don't see it.

Cleverley is still young. People want him to be Paul Scholes. I don't think he and Carrick in the same midfield works.
9/1/2013 10:37:17 AM
^^^ He had a good game against the MLS All Stars a few years ago.[Edited on September 1, 2013 at 10:37 AM. Reason : .]

As I've said, Capoue is a donkey on the ball. Just nothing there...Wilshere off injured clearly to make room for Ozil

SPURS SPENT THE MONEY, ARSENAL GOT THE GOAL
9/1/2013 11:50:02 AM
He was good on the ball earlier this match. People were bouncing off of him. I don't think he's ready for a match of this calibre yet. He's clearly not comfortable out on the pitch yet. I fault him for the goal for not stepping out to whoever passed to Walcott. It created indecision for Rose who didn't follow Walcott out wide. Sandro needs to come on at the half.
9/1/2013 11:51:17 AM
I'll say if Spurs had a class AM of Cazorla quality they would be top rate. They just don't have that technical ability to create chances against top sides. Still expect them to score so we need one more.[Edited on September 1, 2013 at 11:59 AM. Reason : x]
9/1/2013 11:58:31 AM
They really don't Can't wait for Eriksen to come into the side. We don't have a player that will operate higher up the pitch and keep all the other players moving. Leads to a lot of standing around waiting for something to happen.
9/1/2013 12:01:36 PM
I've held my tongue until now, but I'm a bit drunk and it's the middle of the NLD. NyM410's constant fellating of Spurs on here in order to seem objective is starting to drive me nuts.

9/1/2013 12:46:41 PM
I'm not sure he's ready yet but he looks promising.
9/1/2013 12:53:17 PM
Fuck off Spurs... Now buy someone.Great derby game...
9/1/2013 12:53:50 PM
Europa League exposed
9/1/2013 12:55:25 PM
It might be a bit unfair that we lost that game, but that was a huge mistake we made to let the goal happen.Lloris is a god.
9/1/2013 12:55:57 PM
Not even a little unfair. Buy some technical ability. Arsenal created a ton chances and were rock solid at back.
9/1/2013 12:57:35 PM
Table looks great for the next two weeks.
9/1/2013 12:58:25 PM
Cuz ya'll pretty much just parked the bus and counter-attacked the entire game. Not that it was a bad strategy but Arsenal did not even come close to dominating that game.
9/1/2013 12:58:45 PM
Lloris is the only reason Spurs didn't lose by 3.
9/1/2013 1:04:12 PM
But we didn't.
9/1/2013 1:05:04 PM
Yeah, you only lost 1-0Congrats[Edited on September 1, 2013 at 1:06 PM. Reason : FOYS]

Bale officially gone.
9/1/2013 2:44:51 PM
Capoue broken leg?
9/1/2013 2:50:52 PM
Probably. It was a pretty shitty foul by Cazorla.
9/1/2013 2:54:04 PM
Lol he quite literally barely touched him. Cazorla fell on his leg.
9/1/2013 3:16:50 PM
Cazorla weighs 90 pounds. Capoue's leg must be made of glass.

BTW, the Triangle Gooners, which more or less consisted of me and three or four other people stuck in a bar with ManU and Liverpool fans when I lived in Raleigh four years ago, had over 80 people out at Bull McCabes this morning. Great stuff.
9/1/2013 6:14:49 PM
I'm on the FB group but haven't gone to anything yet. My fiancée and I love Bull McCabes and have been wanting go go there for a game. And I'm done praising them. I hope today and God willing tomorrow reminds them of the natural order of things..

Sounds like Woy at Liverpool.
9/1/2013 8:30:40 PM
Does anyone know if there will be any transfer deadline coverage on US TV? FSC always showed the entire Sky Sports deadline day show.
9/1/2013 10:40:32 PM
Top of the table Liverpool get Moses on season loan from Chelsea. Also sign central defenders Sakho from PSG and Tiago Ilori from Lisbon.
9/2/2013 6:40:04 AM
John Cross reporting Ozil has agreed personal terms. Quite simply, a world class AM.Di Maria out wise a possibility as is Abel Hernandez (high ceiling, low results) to cover Giroud.
9/2/2013 6:47:20 AM
Just when I think Wenger couldn't get any dumber, he goes out and pulls a stunt like this.
9/2/2013 7:07:38 AM
One last thing and then I'm not following deadline day madness until 6pm... How obvious was it that Spurs waited until after the NLD to announce Bale deal. Small time..
9/2/2013 7:24:19 AM
50m euros for Ozil
9/2/2013 7:51:57 AM
Not celebrating until I see it on the official site, but if it happens is this the biggest day off the pitch for Arsenal since 1999 or 2000?
9/2/2013 10:14:00 AM
Announcement at 1 PM EST.Ba allegedly having a medial as well and Emiliano Viviano joining on loan to provide some competition in goal. Looks suspiciously like Almunia, though.
9/2/2013 11:43:52 AM
Özil is signing of the decade for Arse. Good business for sure. Now if we can stop fucking about at Carrington and bring on Fellaini and Herrera I'll be happy.
