I felt like I was moving really slow today, but overall my workout didn't take any longer than normal. I'm contemplating whether or not I want to work back tomorrow or finally switch around to working legs on Tuesday. I'm thinking about splitting legs into separate days for hams and quads, and I don't want them to be back to back.

I have been lifting 2 to 5 days/week since 4/8/09. Lately I've seen more gains with less time in the gym.6'1"176lbs500 mgs sustanon/weekdiet is non existent. Starting 4/1/10 to 5/1/10 I will cut out all fast food. I will retain one cheat day (Sunday) per week. From 5/1 to 6/1, I will reduce the 32oz/day of Coca Cola to 22oz/day. Again no fast food. Also I will try to refrain from delicious breaded and deep fried poultry. I will reduce my cheat day to 2 cheat meals spread out through the week. I will in addition to reducing the cheat meals, I will increase my shake intake, from 1 shake PWO, to 1 shake/day. Workouts will be upped to 3-4 x per week.From 6/1 to 7/1 I will see how much more I can reduce on my Cola intake, cut all weekday snacking on UTZ BBQ Corn Chips and Devil Dogs/Yodels (my 3pm pick me up). I will also be trying to switch up my routine to avoid all possible injuries. Cycle will be started on 4/1 and will consist of the following:750mgs Sustanon/week split into two shots1 50mg winny tab per day100 mgs Tren EOD.Femera/Letro @ 1.25mgs/dayNolva on handIn conclusion I want to cut, I believe I have a decent base to work from. I need suggestions and help along the way. I will update this tread with diet/steroid tweaks along the way.

I dropped 3.2 lbs this week, but I really didn't do anything terribly active. I really need to find someone to crack the whip to get me moving. I've got 50+ lbs that I would like to get rid of, but I'm going to have a hard time motivating myself on my own.

i ran my best timed 5k today at Lake Johnson over 4 minutes faster than my first 5k race time I'm not fast, but it felt good. Didn't hurt that it was cool outside either.Played some volleyball and did abs and about 15 minutes of dumb bells.

For someone not competitive at sports and not entering a Mr. Universe contest, what's the appeal of steroids? Seems like a lot of cost/work without a lot of benefit besides shrunken nuts, mood swings and increased hairiness.

I ran with [user]myfavoritetwwuser[/user] yesterday around Lake Johnson and didnt have to stop but one time and then he passed me as I was adjusting my zipper He he I was stoked tho because now I think I am going to turn up the heat On a side note:I have been having a weird appetite. For example, I'll wake up and I am starving and I'll eat something like cereal or fruit yogurt and I'll feel physically full but I am still hungry. But I can't physically eat anything more. In two hours, I feel starving again. So I'll eat lunch, and I think I want like two roast beef melts from Arby's and I eat the first one and, again, I physically cannot eat it but I am still hungry. And a comfortable/healthy weight for me (and I am close to 5'4) I would say is 125 to 130, but I have been losing weight like crazy even when I took a break from running. Right now, I am weighing a pathetic 119lbs. And I am not trying to attract attention, but I feel like I don't have the nice curves I once had. I guess for some girls, that may be healthy, but I don't feel healthy now that I feel the need to want to eat just to have energy. Ugh and I use to crave cookies all the time and I don't now Anyone ever experience this kinda change in metabolism/appetite before? Could this be because I have braces? more protein should make you feel fuller longer despite a low total caloric intake as proteins aren't absorbed until the small intestines whereas carbs begin absorption in the stomach.Take the break from running, perhaps introduce some resistance training, eat more protein, eat more calories, perhaps the nice curves shall return? All women should lunge, dead lift, & squat rest day, did some random abs stuff and jogged a 8min mile at the gym

lols^I had an MRI this morning on my fucked up back. The tech gave me these things to change into. I was super nice to her, as I am with all medical personnel. I told her I used to have a pair and they were the best PJ's I'd ever owned. I asked her if I "Can I have these, please?".She said, "I didn't see anything, I didn't hear anything...." then she giggled.
