I walked about a mile in the snow/sand...that was a pretty big work out....I also carried a huge snow ball from the peir to my house...not sure why I did that, but my arms are feeling it now.

I have my bike trainer here, so I could ride that today and then run tomorrow once more of the snow has melted away. It's nice out and I'm predicting the snow goes away relatively quickly.

hour on the treadmill at 7% incline. Steeper incline and slightly lower speeds seem to burn just as many calories and keep my heart rate about the same, but I found it easier to play video games this way.

^^i've noticed this too. Despite the fact it'll take you longer to go the same distance, as long as your heart rate is up where you want it to be, this is just as good as running right? i don't really knowtoday3mi run...took me 33min. I'm slow. Trying to work my way into consistent 10min miles, hopefully in a couple of weeks ill have that reached. haha my friend just called wanting to go for a ride in ab an hour. i had to decline.. my hands are sooo fucking sore. i think its a combo of the tennis & ridingi should go for a swim but its so cold outside!! its an indoor pool but i cant get in if im cold from being outside haha. stairclimber is brilliant, and i can finish my book!! thanks tdub

Chest, shoulder, and tris. I felt a lot stronger today than normal, which makes me think I'm overeating. I'm seriously contemplating taking calorie restriction to an extreme for the month of March while keeping my weight training and cardio the same.
