I was up at 6 am to work out at the gym. I didn't bother eating anything either cause that last time when i got sick.usual afternoon/evening bench max: 205-215morning bench max: 190lol. I was too sleepy to be having that much weight over my head.

there's talk about adding 2 more 30 minute classes in the morning, and having them alternate upper body + abs and lower body + abs for both the AM and PM. like so: tues AM - lower + abstues PM - upper + absthurs AM - upper + absthurs PM - lower + abs and I would definitely incorporate the towel drag into the upper body class for real, Quinn and Stein, you both did a great job and I hope you come back

shoulder and arms day. I tried working out with a toboggan on to keep my earbuds in, and the result is that I can play my ipod at about half volume now. I'm hoping this makes the battery last longer.
