oh awesome i had my last follow up on tuesday. he said that i will have a permanent bruise and dent where the pedal hit my foot. awesome!i haven't tried running yet i'm scared

Yeah, on that day of physical therapy where I started, the guy was having me do shuttle runs. He told me to shuttle between these pens he put down and demonstrated a half-jog. I was all "you want me to do what now?" since I was still nervous about doing anything running related. It went well though.I still have a bruise on the back of my leg where they harvested my hamstring. Its kinda weird

16 basketball courts, Dungeon Gym, Trendy Gym, Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Indoor track, shirt, sock, towel rentalsmy only gripe is lack of bumper plates, trap bar, dead lift stationif I'm still in the area upon graduation, I'd heavily consider picking up the alumni membership...the only gym I've seen outside of Carmichael with similar amenities would be Lifetime Fitness, but it's too trendy for my taste...I like to drop shit

Don't know if it's changed now but back in September when I went to talk to them about getting that membership......the "alumni" membership was 480 dollars for the year, you HAD to work out between 6 and 8 in the mornings on M-Th, but could go any time on the weekend, and I'm pretty sure you couldn't rent equipment. That fucking blows. If you live with a State student it is only 60 bucks for the year though.
