Sorry!!!!!!!I made a 500 calorie peanut butter sandwhich for the middle of the night.

did 30 minutes of cardio, and then walked the gf through the "30 minute express workout" at planet fitness, doing it myself too (she wanted to start doing some "weight training" and I figured that would be a good place to start) - it actually isn't a bad little full body workoutoh, and I did my abs when I woke up (but I do that everyday)

right now im training for the ms150. its a 2 day ride from houston to austin (2.5 hour drive in the car, so its a pretty long ride on a bike) to benefit multiple sclerosis i would consider a tri but i need to work on my swimming before i'll get into an open body of water with people kicking and slapping me. currently i cannot handle that and know i would flip out my gym does indoor tris to get people interested in outdoor, i might do one of thosei REALLY like biking. its way more fun and rewarding than running was. i'll still run but i think im done with the half marathons, at least for awhile

i supplement my outdoor riding with spin classes since its harder (for me anyway) than outdoors and i can do it before and/or after work at my gymi joined a cycling club that goes out riding every saturday morning so i have a group to ride with every sat no matter what. and sometimes people i know will want to go out on sunday or there is a special sunday ride. like next week the club is having a valentines day 34mi then waffle massacre haha. their motto is bike to eat, eat to bike. my kind of people! have you looked into joining a riding group?
