Ain’t even madMan, what an incredible season
6/13/2019 11:47:03 PM
...for the Raptors
6/13/2019 11:49:19 PM
I rescind my previous comments and can ride on my high horse saying they only won because of injuries. Because they did. And everyone saw it.
6/13/2019 11:50:41 PM
The Raptors were stocked with All Stars, truly a more talented team even after the injuries[Edited on June 13, 2019 at 11:53 PM. Reason : come on man, don't make us Dubs fans look bad]
6/13/2019 11:52:55 PM
They won on a Kawhi rental and he didn’t even do shit in game 6. Fred Vanvleet for finals MVP? K
6/13/2019 11:55:31 PM
I'm sure all the Raptors fans on the BART are saying they're sorry for ruining the game, eh?
6/13/2019 11:58:34 PM
You truly hate to see it
6/14/2019 12:00:57 AM
Fuck the country of Canada and their horrible injury cheering fans, but I can’t be mad at Kawhi or Lowry or Gasol.
6/14/2019 12:03:33 AM
Also, it’s only 9pmOakland don’t play so them Raptor fans better not head to the Deep wearing red...
6/14/2019 12:05:04 AM
Toronto is a lot more thuggish ruggish than Oakland
6/14/2019 12:06:31 AM
I mean when Drake is your mascot...
6/14/2019 12:08:02 AM
wat really hope you’re not trying to imply that Drake is a thug
6/14/2019 12:11:39 AM
He’s a total pussy, so the opposite, actually
6/14/2019 12:13:46 AM
not a fan of calling anyone a pussy, but it’s fair to call him emo
6/14/2019 12:16:24 AM
I was making fun of the "Toronto fans are hooligans on my train!" angle, by pointing out that Oakland is a bunch of fucking gangsters, and I'm not mad at them for that, but come on, calling out polite-ass Canadians.
6/14/2019 12:18:38 AM
He’s a bigger T.O cheerleader than I’ve ever been for muh Dubz, so that’s saying something Overall, this was probably my 2nd favorite season of the 5 year run. That first one was just incredible, but even in defeat I couldn’t be more proud to be a Warriors fan today.Let the chips fall where they will, but nobody can ever take these past 5 seasons away from me./fin[Edited on June 14, 2019 at 12:22 AM. 6/14/2019 12:20:42 AM
only thing that's bad for our Dubs, is that without KD, we are 1-2 in the finals. That's a shit percentage for all our All Star Dubs, reminds us that we're not really a dynasty.

I’ve lived in California longer than anywhere else in my life. What else you got?
6/14/2019 12:28:50 AM
are you 12
6/14/2019 12:30:25 AM
^^ that it’s not your hometown. pretty easy.
6/14/2019 12:31:44 AM
Ah, i forget I’m on an NC State message board arguing with people who last saw a title before I was even born.I’m kinda drunk though, so keep going
6/14/2019 12:32:21 AM
nobody on this board became a fan of NC State because they were fans of the 1983 teambut some of us locals grew up pulling for them because they were our preferred team, tho[Edited on June 14, 2019 at 12:37 AM. Reason : .]

I think 100% of Toronto residents would concede that Oakland is a bit more dangerous than the T Dot.
6/14/2019 12:35:29 AM
I think maybe you should actually visit Oakland before buying into dumb, outdated stereotypes. Maybe Toronto too. This is a dumb argument anyway. Plenty of evidence of Raptors fans being trash, so that’s not really debatable. What else you got?
6/14/2019 12:38:57 AM
So Toronto is more dangerous than Oakland?
6/14/2019 12:39:59 AM
^^ you didn’t bring up any professional team from Charlotte, just NC State
6/14/2019 12:43:46 AM
On the whole? Definitely not. On a block by basis, if you’ve been to either, it’s up for debate.I was never making a “Toronto is dangerous claim” anyway, just poking fun at the stereotype of Oakland that prevails. One mostly perpetrated by people who’ve never even set foot in the city, which has $15M-20M homes with sweeping views of the Bay, and some of the roughest blocks in the US. And FWIW, I only even brought this up because I know most of y’all have ever even been to Oakland, let alone Toronto.Anywhooooo back to basketball. Congrats to the Raptors for barely squeaking by a true dynasty riddled by injuries. Kidding. Kind of[Edited on June 14, 2019 at 12:49 AM. Reason : .]

6/14/2019 12:48:59 AM
KD and Klay play healthy the entire series and you think they win?
6/14/2019 12:49:54 AM
they didn’t, tho Kyrie and Kevin Love play, you think the Warriors win in 2015?fun game, isn’t it?
6/14/2019 12:57:36 AM
Not reallyWs 3-1 agains the CavsKeep going man. Get it all out of your system if you need to
6/14/2019 1:00:50 AM
if Zaza doesn’t take out Kawhi in 2017, do the Warriors win?
6/14/2019 1:07:25 AM
If Draymond wasn’t suspended and if Curry and Bogut weren’t hurt in 2016...I mean I don’t know what the argument even is anymore. Good for the Raptors, I’m a fan of most of their players. Injuries suck and make a big impact.I enjoyed this season a lot, despite the outcome. I hope KD gets a 5 year max and I hope the Ws can make it back to the finals. Were you not entertained?
6/14/2019 1:14:52 AM
Chris paul last yearDubs have had tons of injury luck not one person on earth feels sorry for them
6/14/2019 1:16:42 AM
this series/playoffs were just the cycle of life after warriors got the benefit of the paul/love/kyrie injuries, I actually hope golden state wins another title thoughedit and also the kawhi, but it's actually incredibly lame when the title gets decided by injuries I wish there was more the nba could do about it[Edited on June 14, 2019 at 1:18 AM. ^^^ the Warriors have benefited greatly from injury luck over the last 5 years and this is the year that the pendulum swung the other way. it happens. I’m glad that you’re able to admit it. if you’re able to admit that Drake is a better fan of his actual hometown team than you are of your adopted hometown team, then we’re good[Edited on June 14, 2019 at 1:18 AM. Who the fuck is asking anyone to feel “sorry” for the Ws for losing a war of attrition? I don’t feel sorry for them and they sure as hell don’t feel sorry for themselves. They’re one of the greatest teams in history and if you think they’ve coasted on “luck” for the past FIVE seasons, I don’t know what to tell you.I know this may hard for some of you to believe, but this loss stings infinitely less than 2016. It was a phenomenal series overall. Jesus, some of you REALLY need a Hornets/Panthers consistent run of success (titles matter!)[Edited on June 14, 2019 at 1:28 AM. incredibly tough scene for the dubs
6/14/2019 7:59:39 AM
I'm glad Raptors didn't let the opportunity flee and put full suppression on Dubs right from the beginning. Lowery scored 11 straight pts in the first few mins. From the start to the end, they were very clear this was a must-win game. Stephen Curry didn't play at the level ppl anticipated. He just gambled too many long shots at the biggest moment. He still has a long way to go to be compared with Michael Jordan.Farewell, Oracle arena! Farewell, Dub nation! It's the end of an era. KD, Splash bros are all fading away, while Zion is coming at the right time---the league is looking for the next superstar.[Edited on June 14, 2019 at 9:19 AM. Reason : And congrats to Jeremy Lin----his career is perfect.]
6/14/2019 9:17:16 AM
They'll be fine. Draymond texted Kawhi, Kyrie, and Kemba and early indications are that all 3 will take the vet minimum to join the squad next year.
6/14/2019 9:21:48 AM
Kemba? He just promised to stay local. This is insane. Kawhi has been compared with these two legends:[Edited on June 14, 2019 at 9:46 AM. Reason : add another note]

so are the 2-3 Warriors better than the 6-0 Jordan Bulls? It's definitely neck and neck.
