many of the FB comments say it is fake and some say she looked better before

I can't figure out whether we've become so collectively warped that people genuinely prefer her fat body, or if it's just fatties telling themselves what they need to hear.

Did she lose weight on her own or have weight loss surgery? I just wonder if the weight loss surgery is covered by your insurance and you end up like that will they cover any cosmetic surgery? Or is there a way to tighten your skin naturally?
12/21/2013 12:24:00 AM
Some plastic surgeon needs to get her fixed up pro bononahImean?
12/21/2013 12:53:11 AM
Google says it might be covered if it is considered reconstruction and not cosmetic. Basically the excess skin has to be causing problems, like rashes that wont heal in 6 months. Typically that means tummy tucks and breast reductions though, not thigh stuff.
12/21/2013 12:58:46 AM
Else, here is her blog. I can't read that, it's in a different language.http://goingsmaller.blogg.se/category/hudplastik.htmlBut it's amazing, the transformation.
12/21/2013 10:58:20 AM
two things.1. wow, someone needs to seriously up her gelatin intake. I have never seen anything like that - what would cause that? she doesn't look older than 30. 2. y u no squat?
12/21/2013 12:40:03 PM
two things.
12/21/2013 12:53:32 PM
what?
12/21/2013 1:15:37 PM
Just imagine how many hot chicks this country would have if we put an end to this fat acceptance and obesity epidemic.
12/21/2013 2:03:01 PM
Her blog is in swedish. It says she applied for the surgery but was denied. She couldn't afford it out of pocket, but her blog was fairly popular so a lot of people pitched in to raise funds to hire a plastic surgeon.
12/21/2013 3:29:43 PM
Yeah, she'd have to have persistent skin infections and whatnot for insurance to cover it. Otherwise, it really is elective. I mean, some people are born ugly--just really, really ugly--and it impacts their lives dramatically, but cosmetic procedures to improve that are obviously not going to get covered.
12/21/2013 3:35:47 PM
Does it say if she lost the weight naturally?
12/21/2013 3:51:01 PM
Yeah, she had the option to go with surgery it looks like, but decided instead to stick with old fashioned calories in vs. calories out. She monitored her food intake without cutting out anything and exercised. She went from 130 kg (~286 lbs) to 61 kg (~130lbs) in just a 8 months, which may be why her skin looks the way it does. She's now at 50kg (~110 lbs).[Edited on December 21, 2013 at 4:19 PM. Reason : I read it wrong, she didn't drop weight that fast.]
12/21/2013 4:12:56 PM
Thanks. I was just curious. My sister had weight loss surgery in September and expects to be wearing a 2 piece at the pool this summer.
12/21/2013 4:45:14 PM
^Which surgery option?
12/21/2013 4:57:44 PM
my cousin is a model and spokesperson for one of the popular weight-loss/nutrition programs and uses her before pictures to show how awesome it works. ... she had lap band surgery
12/21/2013 5:12:49 PM
She had roux en y because she wasn't digesting food properly. We both have insulin resistance and pcos and that kind of surgery can potentially eliminate both.

Slappy1, that is loss of fat tissues creating "dead" space. Squatting would increase muscle density, which would probably help with the appearance with someone who was previously slightly overweight. But in her case, after massive, massive weight loss, you cannot squat away the creases and wrinkles. She is no longer anatomically the same.
12/22/2013 11:10:07 AM
He is not talking about squatting away skin, rather, she has a totally flat ass from the side view.
12/22/2013 12:42:25 PM
You cannot fix the dead space back there with squats either.
12/22/2013 8:23:14 PM
glutes, she has them (every body has them)doing squats and lunges would cause hypertrophy in the gluteus musclei didn't read what she did, but she probably did not do much resistance training
12/22/2013 8:24:59 PM
No, you can't fix loss of elastin and collagen. It's not a muscle issue, it's a skin issue. Muscle and skin are two different things. She can fill out her bottom, but she cannot fix the appearance of creases and "wrinkles" from her skin. Filling out her bottom would take quite a bit of work too. Glutes is one of the hardest thing for women to round out. It takes years and discipline.
12/22/2013 8:39:56 PM
why do you keep bringing back the skin and creases issue? who is talking about skin? did i mention anything about skin? i said GLUTES. and i specifically talked about increasing the size of the GLUTEUS muscle.
12/22/2013 8:42:22 PM
^^extra muscle girth might not fix it completely, but it would improve the appearance significantly.[Edited on December 22, 2013 at 8:42 PM. Reason : ]

I wasn't referring to her skin in point #2, I didn't realize that was unclear. my b, son
12/22/2013 10:56:37 PM
^ it was very clear, I backed you up on it! Everybody knows what squats do, and her ass is totally flush with the back of her thigh, it does not protrude even a bit, no curve, a straight line. But even if she didnt or doesn't squat, what happened to her natural glute muscle mass? Disappeared when dieting?
12/23/2013 5:11:12 AM
12/23/2013 10:33:43 AM
she's shows pictures of her tummy tuck and her new belly button
12/23/2013 10:38:58 AM
Y'all are stupid. There is no amount of muscle she could have put on her body that would prevent her from being anything but a hideous fucking freak in most people's eyes.
12/23/2013 10:10:40 PM
This is definitely a NOT to hot, and in what, 100++ pounds?Unless it is a photoshop or not the same person... Hot's right arm looks weird, and way too chunky compared to the rest of her body.[Edited on December 28, 2013 at 3:50 PM. Reason : ]
12/28/2013 3:49:18 PM
It is probably extra skin.
12/28/2013 4:01:35 PM
that's more like a not to meh in a 150 lbs.
12/28/2013 5:56:25 PM
It looks like the camera is above her so it makes her arm look short
12/29/2013 10:36:08 AM
I think resistance training is great for a number of reasons, but it would not improve her appearance significantly, which is what people are suggesting. And I think that's stupid. How are we miscommunicating on this?
12/29/2013 3:19:39 PM
12/29/2013 3:43:13 PM
I think she's correct in a sense, in that she could resistance train her way to the body of a Greek goddess, but she's never going to be attractive until she gets that Jabba the Huttess-turned Frederica Krueger skin fixed....but yeah, Shar Pei-like skin maladies aside, she needs to get her flat ass to the squat rack. Deadlifts are in order, too.BUT, all of that said, that's a staggering amount of weight loss, and I'm sure if she went to the trouble (probably a combination of diet, exercise, and surgeries) to get that far, she'll get the skin fixed, too. Probably saving her money.Let that be a lesson to everyone else--half as much food is a lot less trouble and expense than double-rations and multiple surgeries.
