This happened to me a few times a few years back (seemingly at random), but hasn't happened since. Kind of weird.

Beer and liquor makes my stomach feel weird and bloated, so I generally drink wine now.

I'm still not 100% recovered from a beerfest and the drinking that continued after on Saturday. Day drinking is always a terrible idea.

These 2+ day hangovers suck

I guess it doesn't help when you drink from 7am to around 1am this past Saturday

Do not want to go to a bar without a parking lot (i.e. downtown) too much effort required to park and walk.

^^ that is a sure sign!

i've got a friend that, whenever i wanna grab lunch downtown (or even hillsborough st) says: "wahhhh but it's so hard to find a parking spot there!!!" definitely prematurely old.

Keep exercising man. That's not a good sign. When I have to park my car a little far, I will tell myself: a good way to keep u fit.

I don't mind parking at a deck and walking its just annoying when I have to drive around 20 min to find a spot on a street, e.g. Chapel Hill

I am basically worthless if I don't get at least 8 hours of sleep.

Last week I only got 6-7 hours per night, then Saturday it felt like I got hit by a truck. So I slept nearly all day Sunday.

I just tried it for the first time in several years. owww.

I'm not as flexible as I used to be, even though I stretch regularly.

I can no longer go nose to knees

WTF are you 60? I thought I wasn't flexible because it's uncomfortable to put my palms on the ground when standing on my feet. If you can't nose to knees have you switched to velcro shoes?

I should have clarified that was standing with knees straight. I now realize some of you slackers will think I can't kneel without it feeling like I'm stretching.

I do feel old because I couldn't do trampoline fitness classes without it making my knees hurt. It's arthritis from having Lyme disease. A neoprene knee wrap helped some, but any suggestions of better knee support are appreciated.

I couldn't touch my toes when I was in my physical peak in my late teens. Fuck that noise.

My whole body is creaky. It doesn't keep me from running and exercising like I have for the past 5 or 6 years...I just feel like something is always sore or hurting. Bleh.

going to the doctor tomorrow because of chronic shoulder/upper arm pain. Pretty sure it started by sleeping on my side in a weird position.

I too had shoulder pain after sleeping. As it turns out I had this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bankart_lesion They only saw it due to another injury. Getting surgery to fix it, so hopefully I can sleep on either side and lift heavy weight again this year.

You would rather have a low key, small-crowd gathering to bring I the new year.... And would rather not drink too much, cause you don't want to be hung over in New Year's Day.

When the optometrist tells me I'll probably need bifocals within 5 years.

Tried to do this. 7 turned into 15. Venue changed. Ended up drinking too much. Nasty headache new year's day. FAIL.

can you guys elaborate on this? I've had a nagging shoulder pain, in the front, near my armpit, that is bothered by overhead and pushing/pulling work at Crossfit. But I sleep with that arm in a weird position (I'm a stomach/side sleeper) and now I'm wondering if that has something to do with it.

I haven't seen anyone yet, but a couple people have suggested its a bicep or deltoid tendon tear.
