I gave you a win today and an Emmy-worthy broadcast. Isn't that enough?
11/3/2007 7:04:26 PM
great win for the pack today! Larry Coker was pretty below average calling the game... but better than some others I could name ..(ahem, Brent Musberger)
11/3/2007 7:22:16 PM
Coker was just happy a fight didn't break out in the press box
11/3/2007 7:29:53 PM
Coker is a terrible commentator.

I will never say another word about how bad NCSU fans are at our football games. Those Miami fans blew ours away.I tailgated under an overpass, had to cross a drawbridge to get to the game, and had chickens running around our tailgate lot. I'll be happy to be back at Carter Finley this weekend.
11/4/2007 11:15:56 PM
^just be happy you made it back
11/4/2007 11:18:28 PM
Did anyone see the Miami fan with the Orangle Bowl tatoo taking up the entire front of his torso? Wow!

my observations from the game.parking was absolutely crazy...some dudes were asking $50 to park in their yard. luckily we found a business lot that was guarded by a security guard for $20.the stadium was old but interesting. i couldn't believe all the ramps and how steep they were. the slope was like a 1' drop over 3'. i felt bad for some of the elderly folk who had trouble walking down them.did anyone else that was there notice that at the beginning of the second quarter, a ton of inner city people showed up? i swear they must have opened the gates and let anyone and everyone in.being able to buy beer in the stadium was super nice. i was thinking how much money nc state would make if they sold beer at carter-finley.both offenses were terrible, and we couldn't stop the run to save our lives. but as said previously...a win is a win.after the game we had dinner at rosinellas in lincoln road mall....a nice italian victory meal i must say.

Michael Irvin as a Golden God in the Orange Bowl. He is to Miami fans what Philip Rivers is to NCSU fans.

no, you're thinking of heroin. that's banned for sale at ACC games.
11/5/2007 12:38:29 PM
i'm not sure what the exact rules are, but beer is sold at the OB because it's a city-owned stadium
11/5/2007 12:40:33 PM
i used to think beer was banned at all ncaa sporting events, but i know that uconn sells beer at their football games.
