Page 14 says that the Bobcats would be damn good with Kevin Durant. But then again, so would any team.[Edited on February 2, 2007 at 5:24 PM. Reason : ]

Ely has nicely asked for a tradeso package him with BK and lets get this playoff thing rollingGO BOBCATSandGO RAPTORS!!! (we get yo pick bitches)
2/5/2007 1:24:44 AM
what do they look to get in a trade? I'm thinking another slashing/defenisive-minded wing player to spell Wallace, or replace him when he gets hurt (as he inevitably will be at some point this season). Any ideas who might fit this role?I'd normally think another big, but when Brezec and May get back, they should be alright there.

If im not mistaken we only get there pick if its not in like the top 15, so we want them to finish above the 8 seed in the playoffs.[Edited on February 5, 2007 at 8:02 AM. Reason : .]

Raptors are gonna win their division and make the playoffs
2/5/2007 12:36:12 PM
hollins didn't make the dunk contest nate robinsongerald greentyrus thomasdwight howardthey need to go back to the days where they have more than 4 people
2/6/2007 12:37:36 AM
got blown out by the fucking Heat tonight
2/6/2007 1:03:26 AM
^^and when half the contestants werent 6'11"
2/6/2007 5:14:57 PM
have they announced the contestants in the 3-pt shoot out? Not having Carroll in that would be a crime.
2/6/2007 6:08:28 PM
Robinson will win the dunk contest just because he is short. But damn I know you all remember that put back dunk he had against us playing for Washington. That shit was the sickest thing Ive ever seen in person.
2/6/2007 6:10:45 PM
i think gerald green will win itrobinson won last year, they might vote biased though so he doesnt repeat
2/6/2007 6:19:31 PM
the other AI should have won it last year anywaythe drunk from behind the backboard with the pass from the real AI was crazy
2/6/2007 6:28:30 PM
i dont know if iguodala shouldve won it last year or not but probablynate robinson is nasty but fuck anybody that needs 30 damn attempts to land 4 dunks or whatever
2/6/2007 7:06:00 PM
lol @ Tyrus Thomas I doubt MJ and VC will let him win now. It's not free money anymore
2/6/2007 7:07:37 PM
AI should have obviously won. He had two best dunks. I understand he's short, but Nate's dunks weren't even that impressive. after 15 tries?especially after AI did the one from behind the backboard
2/7/2007 4:40:56 PM
Why isn't Morrison on the dunk contest list?On a serious note, the 'Cats are in desperate need of another PF/C to play with Okafor...We could seriously use a Kevin Durant or Brandan Wright. Hopefully they won't pull a Brandon Roy.
2/7/2007 4:45:34 PM
2/7/2007 4:54:00 PM
yeah if you are looking long term Center, it has to be Oden... hes a promising big with no knee problemsbut really id rather have Durantlike i have said before in this thread, this year in the draft, dont worry about filling a position... draft the BEST player on the board...
2/7/2007 5:25:27 PM
high quality centers are the hardest position to come byOden could easily follow in the footsteps of Wilt, Kareem, Akeem, Ewing, Robinson, O'Neal
2/7/2007 5:31:02 PM
ATTN: BOBCATSsign Hodge today and make sure May and Hodge play against Portland on Friday nightbecause I will be there at the game, and I want to see them play
2/8/2007 12:18:20 AM
Sign Hodge and trade BK
2/8/2007 12:20:39 AM
well it is understood that they need to trade BK and Elysigning Hodge would be pointless but nice
2/8/2007 12:21:53 AM
ESPN Trade Machinei traded Primoz, Ely, and BK for Kevin Garnett, w00t!http://games.espn.go.com/nba/features/trademachine

2/8/2007 6:26:03 PM
well not to mention that they are depleted at the SG spot and hodge would be a quick fix that just so happens to be a local favorite.
2/8/2007 7:13:18 PM
well we were there Friday night for that bull shit against the BlazersRoy certainly outplayed Morrisonalso saw we ate it against the Rockets last nighthello Greg Oden!
2/11/2007 5:44:00 PM
oh yeah, the L train is churning at full speed now baby
2/11/2007 6:22:36 PM
The Celts and Grizz are gonna have worse records than us most likely. Especially if the Grizz unload Pau Gasol in the next two weeks.I read today that we werent interested in picking up Hodge. (not that it was breaking news, i just saw it today)After seeing Brandan wright the past few games i realize that i really dont want that guy. He looks like a huge bust to me.Top 2 pick please.
2/11/2007 6:31:54 PM
maybe they'll pick up JJ Hickson when he leaves state.

at first i read this as eric williams from wake forest being a 2nd round pick last year hahabut alas its a different eric williams[Edited on February 13, 2007 at 4:50 PM. Reason : .]
2/13/2007 4:50:46 PM
This was a salary dump I hope....because we are not going to keep an older guy like Williams for a while.I honestly didn't know he was still in the NBA.
2/13/2007 4:55:26 PM
i thought there was some rule about players not having numbers higher than 5 so officials can use hand signals to the scorers table, or is that just college
2/13/2007 5:13:51 PM
i know of this rule, but i guess its not in the nba cause there are plenty of players with numbers over 55.
2/13/2007 5:15:27 PM
yeah it changed recently or something...i dunno...webber's number in Detroit is like 86 or somethingi think george mureshan was #77[Edited on February 13, 2007 at 5:18 PM. Reason : .]
