If he is coming to State, wouldn't the logical thing be to have the press conference in Raleigh?

The information in that post just doesn't fit together. If he is announcing tonight, then he isn't going back to Memphis. If he still needs to tell his team, I wouldn't expect a bona fide press conference until tomorrow at the earliest.
