damn, 2 game losing streak TO THE REDS....shit
9/20/2005 11:42:52 PM
well, at least page 13 is done
9/20/2005 11:43:50 PM
yepThanks for the help
9/20/2005 11:44:29 PM
anything for my Cardinals
9/20/2005 11:50:07 PM
I know it doesnt really matter, but I dont like how the team is playing right now, but they were kinda like this last year and then killed the Dodgers.
9/20/2005 11:57:21 PM
Yeah, I know what you're talking about...I am already preparing myself for a letdown because we haven't played a game that actually meant something in a LONG time...probably all season. I'd be scared to play a team like the Astros in the playoffs who have been grinding the whole second half, but hopefully we can get our guys fired up and they wont choke.[Edited on September 21, 2005 at 12:03 AM. 9/21/2005 12:03:06 AM
thats why every cardinals fan should be a phillies fan for the rest of the seasonKEEP THE FISH AND THE ASTROS THE FUCK OUT THE PLAYOFFS
9/21/2005 12:18:53 AM
At least if Houston wins the Wild Card, we get the Padres in the 1st round and then the 'Stros after they beat Atlanta.
9/21/2005 12:24:47 AM
hmmmmmhso its padres -> houstonORflorida -> atlantayeah, go philly and houstonfuck the fish
9/21/2005 12:26:58 AM
We dont match up too bad with any of them, so I just hope the boys are ready when it counts.GO CARDS!
9/21/2005 12:28:24 AM
hell, the Padres scare me a little bit tooespecially when Sean Burroughs comes in from 3B and pitchesheheeh
9/21/2005 12:29:39 AM
THE PADREEEEESseriously, i'd be pissed if Sucklanta got to play them and we don't
9/21/2005 4:08:54 PM
lets hope atl and stl play each other....nlcs. LETS GO BRAVES.
9/21/2005 5:57:55 PM
^get that shit out of here, although I could dig a matchup with ATL. 5-1 tonight bitches...Marquis gets the W. Good to see.
9/21/2005 11:06:17 PM
i could dig a matchup with ATLbecause we'd win in 3 gamesand have some time to rest up while the AL teams kill each other
9/21/2005 11:09:39 PM
Well unless Atlanta blows up and loses the division, it will be against them in NLCS, but they prolly wont make it there since they never do. But Atlanta is a better matchup than Houston for us.
9/22/2005 1:34:53 AM
Well Morris pitched good (allowed 1 run) and team still lost 6-2. Now they cant win 105 like last year, but a 100 win season is still in the Cards.
9/22/2005 10:08:42 PM
Carpenter for Cy Young!well, he was good from June-August...
9/23/2005 10:12:20 PM
Jesus Carp is struggling at the wrong time. And why did Larussa leave him in so long? 9 fucking runs. Unbelievable.
9/23/2005 11:23:33 PM
Damn, 3-1 loss to the 'stros. They said on espn that morris has lost 5 straight. WTF. I just assume bench the starters untill the playoffs to give them some rest. No point in wearing them out if our offense is taking the last few weeks off.
9/28/2005 12:20:28 AM
They arent gonna win 100 games if they dont win a couple. 97-61. Four games left and gotta win 3. Only team in MLB now that can do it. And yes they need to rest, NONE of them are pitching good right now. I hope they turn on "the switch" and beat San Diego.P.S. Pray to God that the Giants dont find a way to get in.
9/28/2005 12:30:28 AM
What day do the playoffs start? Im going to St. Louis over fall break and Im hoping I can catch a game.
9/28/2005 12:34:53 AM
just wow
9/29/2005 1:04:42 AM
We are gonna be lucky to beat the Padres, my God! Carpenter might have lost the Cy Young but Dontrelle pitched bad the other day so I think its still his. I think we are in for a disappointment, but I hope Im wrong about the Birds on the Bat.
9/29/2005 1:57:26 AM
yeah fuck
9/29/2005 10:56:12 AM
3-8 over the last 11 gameswtf b
9/29/2005 11:21:41 AM
maybe page 14 is unlucky too
9/29/2005 11:23:43 AM
I no longer feel Carpenter is deserving of the Cy Young.Go Clemens.
9/29/2005 1:44:20 PM
BTTT for the last weekend series at Busch. I didnt get to go to a game this year. Need to win all three to get a 100 wins.
9/29/2005 2:35:25 PM
bttt for 100 wins and padres coming up[Edited on October 2, 2005 at 7:15 PM. Reason : .]

10/2/2005 7:27:58 PM
Im drinking to a sweep of the San Diego Fathers.
10/3/2005 1:05:56 AM
approximate the number of Padres who cry in their sleep to nighti'm saying ~5THE HURTS COMIN BOYS THE HURTS COMIN
10/3/2005 5:35:01 PM
GAME ON BITCHES now lets not fuck it up like we did last year. GO CARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
10/4/2005 1:01:50 PM
damn larussa......green light on 3-0 with bases loaded 1 out.....go reggie
10/4/2005 2:38:21 PM
^ yea I don't know about that, that's gutsy and that could have really fucked up the game if he gidp
10/4/2005 2:45:27 PM
^^^ fuck it up? You were thoroughly blown off the field, outpitches, and outplayed. I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch though..
10/4/2005 2:46:44 PM
^^i guess being up 4-0 already with carpenter on the mound makes the decision a little easier...
10/4/2005 2:48:36 PM
booothere goes the shutout
10/4/2005 3:22:36 PM
I like how the Cards fans cheered, just as stupid cubs fans do, to throw the ball back. If I had a mlb playoff ball hit to me in the stands, I just might keep it.
10/4/2005 3:28:26 PM
they're just mocking the drunk Cubs fans
10/4/2005 3:37:37 PM
No I think they're just idiots. Drunk people aren't smart enough to mock.
10/4/2005 3:42:15 PM
yeah, i don't think they're mocking anyonethe bleacher fans are crazythey have rules manrulesthere was one crew, out in left field, that had t-shirts with the rules on themand the leader was this fat old lady, who had some thin old woman with her, and the thin woman never said anything, but the fat lady led the cheers, yelled at people not following the rules, and was alltogether boisterousso me and my friend started calling them Jay and Silent Bob
10/4/2005 3:58:49 PM
god damn that was too close
10/4/2005 4:10:04 PM
wtf happened in the 9th inning?
10/4/2005 4:17:26 PM
they just kept getting a bunch of base hits. Nothing was hit hard, just an assload of singles and they put up 3 or 4 runs.
10/4/2005 4:48:06 PM
Still got the win against their only good pitcher in Peavy, so series should be easier now. I was worried about today.
10/4/2005 4:57:10 PM
I think i'm happy that Edmond's shoulder is bothering him. I didn't see him chase any high heat today like he always does. I mean yeah he could kill the shit out of those pitches too, but he struck out a LOT on the chin high shit. Obviously, judging by the homer in the first, he still has enough power to be effective, and hopefully he will have a better post season than he did last year.
10/4/2005 5:07:13 PM
Izzy sure does like drama
10/4/2005 6:26:00 PM
well at least he didnt give up a jack like Tavarez does. I got scared when I saw him warming up.
10/4/2005 6:40:31 PM
