I would have loved to have seen Dave make the CFP as a non-P4 at NIU, but it just wasn't his fate. He would have had enough years to implement his system.

Dave was a good recovery from the end of the TOB years, but other than owning UNC (which I don't take for granted at all) he just got more time to recover from shitty seasons and just got more time than anyone else by a lot.

I'll do it for .7mil and use the extra 2mil to hire some more O line depth.

In fact, I'll blow the whole budget for offense on O linemen, and run the smallest one out there as a blocking RB. Then we'll find every fucking possible way to let Will Wilson run the ball and see if they can stop us. I figure I can at least beat Stanford with that strategy.
