5/5/2011 4:01:17 PM
Judge is tearing up, what the hellYou fucking put him here
5/5/2011 4:01:24 PM

5/5/2011 4:01:29 PM
what a fucking travesty...
5/5/2011 4:02:04 PM
We need to find a way to communicate this gross act of negligence to the highest authority. It was very apparent to anyone that Brad did not do it. Even if the case, as presented, did not clarify that for you there certainly was not enough evidence to say that he DID do it. This just echos the sentiment that James Crouch expressed to me. If you want to stand a chance to get off, you do not want a black female on your jury, let alone 6.
5/5/2011 4:02:23 PM
God this makes me sick
5/5/2011 4:02:31 PM
IF IT DOESN'T FIT YOU MUST AQUIT
5/5/2011 4:02:44 PM

5/5/2011 4:03:32 PM

5/5/2011 4:04:58 PM
he was given a jury by his peers and was found guiltyisn't that how it goes 50% of the time? i mean... another jury may have found him innocent, but we'll never know...just the way it goes...
5/5/2011 4:05:22 PM
"you heared all the evidence""that I allowed you to hear"
5/5/2011 4:05:26 PM
fuck that, everyone of these jurors should feel terrible for sending an innocent man to jail for life. I hope they they second guess themselves forever
5/5/2011 4:05:44 PM
HONOR MY ASS
5/5/2011 4:06:04 PM
i don't necessarily know that he was innocent....but there was NO evidence!
5/5/2011 4:06:16 PM
Uninformed? Uninformed? UNINFORMED?
5/5/2011 4:06:33 PM
5/5/2011 4:06:55 PM
furthermore, i believe this trial was far too technical for most of the people who were placed on the jury. Based on the high level of this case, I feel there should have been further discretion used as to who would be a juror and who would not. When you consider the evidence that they were not allowed to hear and the evidence that they probably understood, then its no wonder he was found guilty.

Whether he did it or not, there was severe 'reasonable doubt'. If there is ANY 'reasonable doubt' you should find the person not-guilty.The outcome of this case really upset me too.
5/5/2011 4:10:26 PM
Whats worse Boz and Cummings get the W. we need to put a * in the record books for that W
