Go Bayern. What's the TWW Arsenal Fan Club going to do tomorrow? Pull for Chelsea so Spurs don't get in?
5/18/2012 11:38:54 AM
I'm pulling for Bayern, but it wouldn't be a bad consolation prize to see Spurs denied the CL next season.
5/18/2012 11:41:23 AM
Pulling for Bayern. As much as I enjoyed seeing Chelsea pull it together and beat Barcelona, I'd rather not see them win the whole thing. John Terry is an asshat and Robben is Dutch, so that pretty much my take on the teams.
5/18/2012 11:50:24 AM
5/18/2012 11:54:56 AM
Even if I didn't hate the majority of Chelsea's players, I'd still probably go for Bayern. The financial nerd in me loves how they've made a profit 19 years in a row and I think supporter owned (majority anyways) clubs are an awesome concept. I don't understand why LFC fans didn't try to put together some sort of proposal to buy half the club or something when their value was rock bottom. Probably a long shot but that would have been the best time to try it.it would be kind of funny for Spurs to miss out after their fans talked so much shit though, I have to admit. [Edited on May 18, 2012 at 11:57 AM. Reason : spurs]
5/18/2012 11:55:45 AM
^^ No CL = more of a chance Modric and Bale leave.[Edited on May 18, 2012 at 11:57 AM. Reason : G]
5/18/2012 11:56:00 AM
Did we talk a lot of shit? I seem to remember us just enjoying the performances more than anything. Maybe a bit more to Arsenal but that's to be expected.Unless you're referring to us talking shit about Liverpool. But you can't blame us for that because people were talking so much shit about Liverpool that it got old halfway through the season.
5/18/2012 6:03:17 PM
Finally, it's timevs.vs.
5/19/2012 12:57:44 PM
Robben and Ribery are gonna tear up the wings and give Chelsea fits all day. 2-1 for Bayern
5/19/2012 2:17:23 PM
Chelsea is concerned about Robben on the wing too, starting Bertrand on that wing to help Cole. This is an interesting time to experiment, Mr. Di Matteo.
5/19/2012 2:36:57 PM
lol @ nosepicking
5/19/2012 3:03:52 PM
Chelsea knows how to counter attack, that's for damn sure
5/19/2012 3:24:08 PM
If Bayern had a decent striker then they would be easily on top
5/19/2012 3:27:50 PM
This game has been a bit of a letdown so far.

5/19/2012 4:29:55 PM

5/19/2012 4:30:54 PM
I hate Chelsea but that's awesome
5/19/2012 4:31:39 PM
hey now!
5/19/2012 4:32:23 PM
Drogba is a beast. Even at his advancing age. Absolute monster.I still don't think extra time favors Chelsea, but now that Drogba and Torres are out there they might have to play a little more forward.
5/19/2012 4:33:10 PM
drogba is so sweet, and i don't like hearing brad friedel talk.
5/19/2012 4:37:20 PM
It sounds brad friedel has a slight fake British accent going on.
5/19/2012 4:39:17 PM
yep he's been doing that for a while now, even as far back as 02 WC
5/19/2012 4:40:52 PM
it seems to have subsided even. I remember it being stronger.
