i think they're going to make a movie out of this.

this is my idea of what happened. date rape drug, G. she's not able to accurately determine the rapist(s). in 5 years a book will be written and one of the lacrosse players will turn in their brother and accomplices.

the (1) chick will get into porn . . . and maybe do a few rap videos.

the victim will go in hiding for a bit. change her name and in a year or two, profit and be on Oprah.

I just don't get the point of distributing a flyer with nothing but photos of the accused and "Demonstrate your discontent" printed on it. Do they want to incite some kind of retaliation against these two, or encourage lawful protest?

A 1996 complaint claims she had been assaulted three years earlier when she was 14. Authorities in nearby Creedmoor say that none of the men named in the decade-old report was ever charged, but they didn't have details why.

According to the Creedmoor police report, the woman told officers she was raped and beaten by three men for a "continual time" in 1993. he accuser is a 27-year-old student at North Carolina Central University in Durham.

That alabi is far from "Iron Clad"

1. You have to assume that the 2 timestamps on the camera and the atm are in sync. A difference of 5 minutes would make a big difference.
2. It is highly possible that Seligmann didnt make any of the calls on his cell phone, because it doesnt say that he spoke to anyone just that calls were made.
3. Again with the timestamps you have to assume that the taxi driver time and the time are the camera are in sync. Any difference would allot extra time.
4. I havent read the affidavit of the stripper and I assume no one else has either. She says she was raped in a bathroom for 30 minutes, but its not clear as to whether all three men were present the entire time. Its possible that Seligmann went first then went to grab some burgers.
5. Not speaking from personal experience, but it seems to me that someone who is being raped may not have the best sense of time passing. What seemed like 30 minutes of rape could have been 15. So barring my earlier points about time being in sync, assuming that she started getting raped at 12:06 and the cab arriving at 12:19 that is 13 minutes of time that Seligmann could have been doing the nasty.

I'm not saying I believe all or any of what I wrote, I am just showing that the "alabi" doesnt make it impossible that he committed rape.

Additionally, since none of the evidence that favors the players has to be presented to the grand jury its not hard to see why there is an indictment. This coupled with the fact that the players were being tight lipped at the begining could motivate a DA to get some indictments to make people talk.
