Shoulders and back today.Arnold press, cable lateral shoulder raises, upright row, deadlift, lat pulldown, hyperextensions, good mornings, hang cleans.Now that I look at it, that's a shit ton of exercise, probably should have cut a couple of those out, but I was feeling so good today.

I ran 2 miles at Lake Johnson and felt pretty great, I only walked for 2 minutes and my final time was 22:30, which sounds slow but is 30 sec faster than my previous best! there were some Meredith girls on the trail who I was trying to keep up with, that's how I was motivated for speed

i only ran for about 1 mile todayi usually run for about 1.5-2 (although it kills me, im still working on it)then do some resistance training (whatever i feel like doing that day)then finish up on the ellipitical for about 15 minutesbut my excuse is that im hungovertomorrow's gonna suck though when i "make up" for today
