Well, after being away from home without access to a gym for over 2 weeks, it felt good to get back in there last night. Luckily I got a lot of general hiking/walking exercise during the time I was gone, but I was definitely feeling a little weak.

My old gym didn't have the equipment and the Y is usually packed when I'm there. I was there late tonight and the place was pretty empty so I hopped on. I really need to read up on form as it felt like an easy way to fuck up a shoulder or two.

God damn Im getting old.First a pulled back on 11/27 which hasn't healed yet then on Thurs. pulled my hamstring that I felt al the way down to my calf. Friday it started spasm and hasn't stopped ever since. I'm on 350 Soma 3 times a day and it's not working.
