Glenn Beck has a serious meltdown today. granted it was on his radio program, but he's a fox looney so i'll post here.he gets super crazy around 2:30http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DGeZQrpZbjI
7/15/2009 6:17:12 PM
it's amazing what an asshole guys like him (and Savage, Rush, etc) are to people who call and attempt to have normal conversations with themalthough it's funny that it sounded like he thought she was calling to complain about the MA healthcare system, but then he turned into a complete dickhead when he realized she was actually complementing it. Eh, she started the call off with "you need to pick your head back up and put it back on your shoulders". But, didn't you say it yourself that these guys are entertainment first? The gun toting god fearing republicans LOVE when someone yells at people with a different political stance. They love that shit, eat it up. It's why these guys keep doing it as part of their shtick. It has always been weird to me why you can't find a liberal voice that behaves this way on their shows. I mean, Olberman gets pompous, but these guys are on a different level with their shouting and vein popping explosions.

^^^ I'm not a big Beck fan--too hyper and too goofy and too much with the conspiracy theories for me--BUT. . .Glenn Beck Tops Two Best Seller Lists; Hits Trifecta of NY Times Listshttp://www.mediabistro.com/tvnewser/fnc/glenn_beck_tops_two_best_seller_lists_hits_trifecta_of_ny_times_lists_120317.asp. . .somebody likes him. Let me guess, stupid people, right?
7/15/2009 10:10:51 PM
People flock to "Twilight" too, but does that mean it's quality literature?
7/15/2009 10:12:06 PM
^ I didn't say it was, but does that mean it isn't quality literature?
7/15/2009 10:14:54 PM
Wat?
7/16/2009 12:25:50 AM
I'm sure if Beck weren't like this about politics, he'd be like this with the booze.

^ Are you really that stupid? (1) I wasn't defending Beck or his book(s)--I indicated that a significant number of people seem to like him and are apparently interested in his books and broadcast programs. And (2) I clearly indicated that just because something is popular doesn't necessarily mean it's bad--or good. Find a new chew toy, you fucking barnacle.

It's been proven on multiple fronts. The legislature is satisfied, obviously, or at least one opposition leader would have brought it up. Thus far, only Internet cranks think it is in any way sane to suggest he's not legitimate.http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/birthcertificate.asp

I took my mom to her physical therapy appointment the other day.The TV in the waiting room was tuned into FOX news. A woman went up to the front desk and asked them to change the channel. After they refused she said, "People come here to get healed! How is listening to bigots scream healing?!?!"Props to her.[Edited on July 19, 2009 at 10:27 PM. Reason : drunk]

http://www.newshounds.us/2009/07/21/out_of_touch_hannity_thinks_ham_costs_79_cents_in_most_grocery_stores.phplolwut? According to Sean Hannity, the goverment is a sucker for buying ham at $1.50 per pound. "By the way, Tom, the ham you've been paying a buck fifty for, it actually costs only 79 cents in most grocery stores. Thanks for being so careful with our stimulus money."Where the fuckin the entire United States of Americacan you get ham for 79 cents a pound?Has Sean Hannity EVER been grocery shopping?]

where is that ham from, thats cheap
7/22/2009 1:26:39 PM
^^ LOL! I just wanted to post that to piss off spöoky. I'm not really defending Hannity's comment. I'm sure that there are packaging differences--not to mention limits on the Food Lion purchases of ham at the listed price. I think a general point has been made, though. In any event, the USDA was sensitive enough about the report in question to issue "Release No. 0322.09":Response to Drudge Item on Recovery Act Funding Statement from Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack
