Not sure if it's KK or Al Freeman (I'll give credit to both), but the way he has been reigned in and begun to play with the team has really changed the way we play on the offensive end. I think it's made Freeman better on the defensive end.

As someone who railed on the kid for the first third of the ACC schedule because of how bad he was, I gotta give him props for the turnaround.

I'm surprised everday about what happens when you have a real coach. I'm shocked when I see a massive problem in one game and BAM its addressed in the following game. Its almost like we have practices based on team performance

Swofford will change the tournament format right before the ACC tourney starts. We'll win out, but we'll have to win 4 games.

Despite being 28-7, the selection committee will be very, very hard on us for the UNCG and NIU losses, and will put us in a play-in game, causing us to have to win 7 straight to cut down the net, finishing with a 35-7 record.

I don't want to be sold on this guy because I feel like when I do we'll start losing. I read the entire Wikipedia entry on Hargrave. Why did he stay there for almost 10 years? Sounds like a depressing place to be. However, I can imagine it really whips someone into shape, student or teacher. Why does he like ice cream so much? Why does he sometimes glow like Jesus? Is he Jesus or does ice cream help your complexion? Do I love him? I feel so many things and I'm just not sure where they'll end up.

We've already filled Yurt's scholarship, if he doesn't leave, we're going to have to kick someone else off the team.

Yurt made it fairly clear he was going pro even if he had an awful year, he'd just go overseas. I'd love for him to return but I'd put the odds of him returning at extremely low.

New Wolfpack Hustle: Chapter 10 is out. Great as always. At 16:44, KK talks about 12/9. How it is important to come out with a lot of energy and get on top early for the Noon (12) and (9:00PM games. This is seemingly obvious, but the fact that he is saying this kind of stuff shows that he will not overlook any minor detail.

We're currently full in regards to scholarships for next year, but someone could surprise and go pro. Also if somehow we landed Anfernee Simons, something would have to give. Maybe Harris would walk-on next year (he's currently not on scholarship)

yeah we’re over one now. Yurt is gone, so that means we’re back to capacity. Kirk transferring obviously helped in that regard. But we’re still actively recruiting for 18...wouldn’t be surprised to see the staff add somebody else. Which would mean somebody would need to go.

Mainly because the only way he's not a 1st round pick at this point is if he tears both his knees completely the fuck apart.

I think Simons is really the only 2018 player they're still recruiting, and having to make room for a top 10 recruit is a pretty good problem to have.

Yeah on the surface the Harris addition looked like a bit of a panic to Markell being down and Harris being basically another Markell(pass first and play defense) type of guard.

But really, it's not a bad fit and helps with our small-ball approach. Also it helps with our scholarship spacing. Hopefully Markell isn't thinking about going pro, but the more I think about it, Dorn is a likely candidate to either test the waters or consider going international.
