He me with some General today that told him torture doesn't work, and now he doesn't support torture.

It seems like his complete lack of experience or any effort to educate himself about government leaves him susceptible to believing the first reasonable sounding thing he hears.

The other option is he knew this all along and was just grifting the rubes.

The military as a whole generally doesn't like torture. Most flag level officers know it doesn't work, even Flynn who thinks all muslims have a cancer in them, thinks torture isn't the greatest.

I honestly don't have time to fact check all of the liberal smear campaign, is there anything of actual substance to this or is it just more exaggerated bullshit from the SJWs?

http://www.cnn.com/2016/11/22/politics/hillary-clinton-challenge-results/index.html

Could you imagine the outcry if Trump, or Trump supporters, claimed that election results had been hacked had he lost? Those making the claims would be ridiculed.

^Fox hasn't always had the best relationship with Trump, and not every article they post is pro-Trump. CNN however...you'd have to be blind to not see the love affair they've had with Clinton.

CNN is a joke for many reasons

being the first network to cover Trump 24/7 being one of the biggest

hiring Lewandowski after he signed a NDA is at the top of that list

they certainly didn't have a love affair with Clinton, though

It is being ridiculed.

In fact the only articles I've seen come across my screen about this are doing just that.

I just saw that Richard Spencer video excerpt from the previous page:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1o6-bi3jlxk

Man that's fucking scary. And could he contradict himself any more?

And I just stumbled across these:

Hitler salutes and white supremacism: a weekend with the 'alt-right'
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/nov/21/alt-right-conference-richard-spencer-white-nationalists

Donald Trump's 'alt-right' supporters express dismay at disavowal
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/nov/22/alt-right-supporters-donald-trump-backlash-disavow-reddit-4chan

The second one is precious, with the neo-Nazi scum on reddit/4chan crying like babies because Trump is backing down from his promises and not giving them a blank check to to MAWA, which it never was, but those reprehensible beings think it used to be all white and they want to return to that.

^^ Seriously? Because there's no need to understand climate and how human interaction can alter it when considering deep space exploration and possibly colonization.

Also - the mere fact that this news was relayed by a top Trump strategist that also went on to say this:

Quote :
"Walker, however, claimed that doubt over the role of human activity in climate change “is a view shared by half the climatologists in the world. We need good science to tell us what the reality is and science could do that if politicians didn’t interfere with it.”"

is horrifying to me...and also complete bullshit.

Shouldn't NOAA be studying climate change? Not that they will be given the funds for it.

USGS, USDA, NOAA, and NASA all have climate / weather related research and interests. Sometimes these differ quite a bit, so it is best to keep things in house. But they often collaborate for shared interests.

There's nothing inherently wrong with having NASA's budget focus on exploration/exoplanet/astronomy.

But it doesn't make sense to cut NASAs climate budget and not move those over to NOAA or similar agency. Unless the objective is for the US to take a backseat in climate/meteorology/weather to other countries.

do you not realize that USGS and USDA already do climate change research, or that climate will have a hell of a lot more impact on our coastlines, waterways and other natural resources (USGS) and our agriculture and rural power grids (USDA) than it will on putting probes on Mars and satellites into orbit (what NASA should be doing)?

You're assuming Trump intends to bump their funding when the reality is they'll likely be starved or pushed to avoid climate change-related research.

You mean the channel that hired Trump's former campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, as a pundit despite the fact he was still getting paid by the Trump campaign and actually had in his contract that he couldn't say anything negative about Trump? The channel that employs Scottie Nell Hughes, Kayleigh McEnany, and Jeffrey Lord to function as full time bullshitting spin artists defending every single thing Trump said or did? That CNN?

Surely even a hack such as yourself has the common sense to understand every news station has analysts on both sides for their segments.

The Clinton News Network's bias comes from what they cover, how they frame it, and what their supposedly "objective" anchors say. If you can't acknowledge the blatant bias, even better.... Just exposes that you're a hack ignoring reality.

The electoral college part is nonsense but their are conflicts of interest for Trump far greater and more dangerous than anything or anyone could have dreamed up with the Clinton Foundation.

Hope he doesn't allow those business deals to affect his leadership.

Sorry to break up the echo chamber for a moment.

How would this not apply even more so to Clinton? Who trades political favors for cash?

Would it not be logical that a self-funded politician, who doesn't need the money, may be able to do things beneficial for American citizens, or at least more so than a Soros/Wallstreet puppet?

It would be logical that someone who has used any shady means to increase his own wealth his entire life would continue to do so in his new position.

He doesn't need the money when he stiffs his contractors or sells bogus university degrees, but he does it anyway because he wants the money.
