That makes for a great internet MEME but for practical purposes is comparing apples and oranges. If the two incidents occurred within the same jurisdiction then you may have a reasonable argument about racism, "the-man", or system that allegedly holds the dark man down.

result
nah, not happening. probably would end up getting assaulted at the suggestion, if not assaulted already.

thought experiment 2:
young white girl is in a traffic stop and cop suspects marijuana but can't find any, so orders a female cop to do a vagina search...

result:
nah, not happening. would be taken in for further questioning or simply let go due to lack of marijuana.

Maybe i'm missing something but this is 2015 not 1965. Anyone that wants to succeed has, regardless of income (probably more-so if economically disadvantaged and/or minority), ways to get the education and assistance they need to productive in today's society.

Well perhaps we should be asking how they did it instead of making excuses about how it's utterly impossible to succeed. I'm willing to bet the answer to that question is "didn't join a gang, didn't do drugs, didn't steal, paid attention in school", etc. But who wants to do that? we should also ask privileged people what made them become jerks in life and lack the ability to empathize or sympathize with less fortunate people. i bet a lot of them were raised by racist assholes.
