You could possibly have tendonitis. That's how my foot felt when I overtrained for OCS and a half-marathon last year.

^^ not from pushing too hard is what i meant. i think it is just going from running on an elliptical or a track gym to asphalt. plus i need better shoes. then i will see.

take a 20 oz bottle, freeze it, and then - while sitting - roll it under your broke ass foot. It helps relax the muscles and tendons. Ice it 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off for about an hour or so. That could help. I would stick to low impact until it feels better.

I totally don't miss getting drunk or awful hangovers. And if I really think about it, I don't really miss an occasional glass of wine. Now I know when summer is in full force and barbecues and happening all over the place I will miss a cold beer but...oh well. At least I don't have to deal with acting stupid and not remembering my night and hangovers!
