i think this is our 10th one run loss
5/10/2008 2:33:40 AM
Manchester United because that was the first team I ever started watching and because I can't stand Arsenal.Fulham because they're Team America.
5/10/2008 2:37:09 PM
boy im so glad FSW decided to play chelski on tv rather than man utd...
5/10/2008 11:19:46 PM
started off as a united fan because (as others have said) that was about all I saw growing up. But then I worked as a carpenter in London and my employers used to hook me up with tickets to highbury all the time. needless to say I became an arsenal fan. I love hull city tigers and coventry as well, but I'll typically pull for any EPL team (except chelsea) in cup play.[Edited on May 10, 2008 at 11:25 PM. Reason : drunk/]
5/10/2008 11:25:23 PM
I hope Fulham wins tomorrw, but it doesn't sound good. There were a bunch of English guys at the Carolina Railhawls game tonight. They told me Fulham has never won at Portsmouth. With that being said, LETS GO TEAM ENGLAND USA!!!!!!!!!!
5/11/2008 12:43:47 AM
eh I won't care if Fulham get relegated... Boca's leaving, Dempsey may possibly leave if they get relegated, I would like EJ to be done with the Nats, and I want McBride to come home and play his last seasons in MLS
5/11/2008 1:07:15 AM
^I wouldn't care what happens to them either, if all of the Americans leave.
5/11/2008 1:16:01 AM
So much for a co-championship.
5/11/2008 12:09:15 PM
GLORY GLORY MAN UNITED!!!haha chelski couldnt even hold their lead to bolton at home. im glad they didnt tie on points now, chelsea's awful style didnt warrant them to be tied with United on points. also glad Giggsy scored today, maybe it fired him up for the champions league, since im not sure nani will play in that game.lol what happened in the middlesbrough game? 8-1???
5/11/2008 12:09:53 PM
Fulham win 1-0 to survive relegation by 3 GD. Team America will be around next year.

most of that 14.4 mil lbs is gonna go towards Bosingwa this summer i believe...to shore up the right back position.
5/11/2008 9:44:12 PM
I also was glad to see the United States of England survive. Hopefully they all stay together, but at some point I would think McBride would do one last stint in MLS like Reyna.
5/11/2008 9:50:25 PM
lol at john terry...http://101greatgoals.magnify.net/item/7W4CHV655LW990DCquite a shame for a natural born winner to not know how to get the right pair of shorts on.[Edited on May 11, 2008 at 10:21 PM. Reason : dee dum]

^^ I love how the Chelsea mascots are like, "Hey, what's going on behind us?" and Kevin Nolan tries to distract them while the Bolton mascot tries not to crack up.
5/12/2008 1:09:16 PM
Sheva's lack of playing time has made the man delusional.
5/12/2008 1:40:01 PM
chelsea are a bunch of faggots, i dont know how they got bosingwa for that price because im pretty sure man utd already offered a few weeks ago for a little bit more than that
5/12/2008 1:59:02 PM
probably did the same things they did with essien and mikel
5/12/2008 3:16:39 PM
man, what happened to everyone who posted in this thread. the biggest part of the season is happening/happened and only like 4 of us are posting
5/13/2008 12:52:02 AM
Probably because it played out so expectedly. The only real surprise was Fulham winning to avoid relegation. The only real news was that and John Terry being injured and possibly missing the CL match next week.
5/13/2008 3:36:53 AM
2PM...go chelsea...I just want to see ronaldo cry, and i hate terd furgeson.
5/14/2008 8:58:50 AM
Go Chelsea! Beat those devils from the North.Manchester United Fans - The equivalent of Yankee and Cowboys fansChelsea Fans - The equivalent of Red Sox and Patriots fansLiverpool Fans - The equivalent of Dodgers and Steelers fans
5/14/2008 9:48:26 AM
they don't play today, the final is next weekand go man utd
5/14/2008 11:36:21 AM
UEFA Cup Final is today, should be a decent matchup.
5/14/2008 11:49:04 AM
anyone got a live feed?
5/14/2008 1:48:13 PM
^^^^ noobs up there, if you were fans you'd realize when your team actually plays its on Fox Soccer Channel[Edited on May 14, 2008 at 3:29 PM. Reason : d]
5/14/2008 3:28:46 PM
There are Rumors over at Bigsoccer.com that Chicago might try to get McBride from Fulham. Is his contract up with Fulham?
5/17/2008 11:40:46 AM
^^ I'm not a huge fan...honest mistake
5/17/2008 12:03:01 PM
does anyone know if there's a place around raleigh where you can buy premier league jerseys?
5/25/2008 6:51:28 PM
Premier Soccer
5/25/2008 7:01:12 PM
^ Wrong. They might have like 2...I'm sure there is somewhere.
5/25/2008 8:09:48 PM
^I looked at Premier Soccer's website and they didn't have any EPL jerseys on thereI would order online but I like to be able to see the product first and i'd rather save on some S&H
5/25/2008 8:40:24 PM
he's leeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaving... hopefully
6/2/2008 8:33:56 AM
who torres?
6/2/2008 9:47:12 AM
your hero
6/2/2008 10:42:57 AM
lol, im not worried about him going anywhere. and i think man utd are close to signing huntelaar.
6/2/2008 10:46:42 AM
not even after his godfather said he was going to Real?
6/2/2008 12:00:22 PM
6/2/2008 12:09:54 PM
^^his godfather doesnt own his contract. ferguson and man utd arent letting him go
6/2/2008 6:02:20 PM
TSO to Inter.... that means Drogba, Carvalho, and Lamps aren't staying at ChelseaEssien is probably gone, too
6/2/2008 6:03:43 PM
yea i have a feeling, that unless abromavich vetoes transfers, chelski are gonna look a lot different next year
6/2/2008 6:11:31 PM
^^^ keep telling yourself that... what they're saying to the press is just an attempt to keep him at Manchester. If he wants to go, there's no way they would pass up what would probably be close to a 75 million pound transfer fee
6/2/2008 7:52:47 PM
Sure there is, especially when 75 Million is a drop in the bucket compared against the income he'd bring in via shirt sales, likeness rights, etcJust look at Real Madrid after they lost Beckham... they went from a perennial world player based on the rights to his likeness alone to a club that's had to borrow against future debt to be able to make ends meet.United would be stupid to sell him at any price, and I'm sure that everyone at Old Trafford knows what Cristiano means to not only the team, but the future fiscal solvency of the club in the future.
6/2/2008 9:10:15 PM
this club prob makes 75 mil just from t shirt sales in asia alone haha. i know money is important to clubs, but last i checked, you want to win, and ronaldo was the key for them winning this year. you dont sell the best player on your team, unless you need money or are relegated...man utd arent in either of those positions[Edited on June 2, 2008 at 9:21 PM. Reason : v]
6/2/2008 9:20:58 PM
I understand what you guys are saying. But what if Ronaldo says, "either let me go to Real or I'm not playing"
6/2/2008 9:25:57 PM
Not likely... he's not Gabriel Heinze. United will just up his paycheck to something rediculous... he'll be playing for 250,000 a week.
6/2/2008 9:28:21 PM
yeah, it's more than likely this is all for a pay raisebut there's still a chance he might leave
6/2/2008 9:42:47 PM
Hey ManYooooooo fans, are you still as confident as you were last week?
6/6/2008 11:11:18 AM
yes and will still be this confident until after euros
