yesterday was 45 minutes of stairclimber (fat burn, upped level) + 30 minutes treadmill (fast walk) + 50 lat pulls (40 lbs)hopefully i'll be back home before 10 and can go for another hour if the dog isn't freaking out too bad from being alone all day.

I ended up hitting a bucket of balls at the driving range and making it to the gym for 25 minutes of cardio yesterday. Not too much of a workout, but better than nothing I guess. No idea if I'll make it again today. I might just take today as a rest day or I might walk a few miles after work.
