Eh.... Seems easy enough to, like with all social media, not put anything on facebook that's too crazy or that I wouldnt want sensitive eyes to see. Then, restrict your profile to friends only. Then restrict it even further to only friends of a certain group being able to see your posts if you're that concerned about it.
