my split looks like this:day1: chest/shoulder/tricepsday2: back/biceps/absday3: quads/hamstrings/calvesday4: low intensity cardioand then I repeat. it has been working really well for me, but having a split that doesn't line up with the work week can be a hassle sometimes.

what a shitty fucking workout today. I managed to miss a 500lb pull on two separate occasions, and I normally should be able to pull that for a triple. That's what happens when you fuck around and do rows, chins, and curls before deads.

Went up to blacksburg this weekend, my attention was directed to a dude who last year threw shot for virginia tech, was about a 61 foot thrower, bout 260 very stocky and jacked, large arms legs, looked like a man who should be throwin that far..went by the name of "Utah"well, this weekend, as i was directed toward him, i see a man of around 210, with a big ass head, looks more like a pole vaulter than a 61 foot shotputter, he could barely roll the shots back to the competitors when we threw themfunny thing is, he was the only one from VT who we didnt expect was juicin, hes lucky he graduated before got busted!

^ ha ha I love running in higher altitudes I ran from my moms house to UNC (University of NOrthern Colroado) and back every day Today I just ran around NCSUs campus and then did another mile on the indoor track.. and there were too many people in the weight room to do any lifting
