had a nice workout yesterday. i did supersets for my shoulders and back then did some abs. also started back on my low carb diet. which means i'm going to have to be real good about not drinking beer. i have body pump today at 6.

SWEET. my butt is sore today.every so often a leg day actually works i think today im gonna just do some sort of cardio, i think.maybe i should do arms. i don't do them that much because they bulk up really, really easy and i dont want muscular arms

^^not sure...depends on a few thingsand at the rate im going my arms will be too muscular. i mean they're not toning much, they're bulking pretty badly.so to clarify i, too, think muscular arms are hot....but mine will easily push into the too muscular zone if i dont watch it. i dont knowi bench about 50ish (thats more chest though right?)and i do about 30-35 front and side raisesany other day i gauge by whats hard for me that day.i could go heavier but i dont want to. my arms has increased 2-3 inches in mass in about 2-3 months.it's not that they look muscular, they look BIG. and we wont even get into my forearmscody even noticed how big they were getting one day.and im relatively sure its not fat. annnddd as soon as i started to lay off of them (maybe only once a week now)...they settled down.[Edited on December 15, 2009 at 11:03 AM. Women walk a fine line with arm mass...not enough weight, you run the risk of underarm fat sag, especially as you approach you 30’s. Too much weight, and you look like a dude. It takes a lot of work to maintain a good tone without adding too much bulk. I don’t envy your predicament.

i got a jump rope man, $5 @ walmart...quality one tooAll I want for Xmas is some new workout gloves with wrist straps built in...my current ones are quite rank and beginning to tear in some parts. New straps would be nice too but I think I'd rather get some grip crushers and do more lifts raw. They had some hooks at walmart too for like $7...didn't pull the trigger...I suppose if I just wanted pure strength from the legs and eliminate a weak link the in the chain, I'd go for it, but I think I'd rather just stick with increasing grip strength.
