Well here we go kids, looks like we get closing arguments tomorrow morning.
5/2/2011 12:05:38 PM
oh snap he looked right at me!
5/2/2011 12:06:08 PM
Judge: "I'd like to ask the Jury to.... can we cut the live feed.... convict the defendant."
5/2/2011 12:07:11 PM
I wonder how long the jury will wing up deliberating....We should start an TWW over/under
5/2/2011 12:07:20 PM

5/2/2011 12:08:10 PM
I give it 3 days
5/2/2011 12:08:41 PM

5/2/2011 12:12:00 PM
2 days NOT GUILTY.
5/2/2011 12:13:28 PM
Did C. Fry take the stand this morning??
5/2/2011 12:14:22 PM
Often times the media prosecution has information that is incorrect or incomplete
5/2/2011 12:14:27 PM
^^He did not.
5/2/2011 12:14:49 PM
Wow, must not have wanted to risk confusing the jury any further.
5/2/2011 12:16:51 PM
not quilty
5/2/2011 12:17:50 PM
I think it's that they realized that by putting up cfry, then the defense gets to put on their computer expert. And that's a bunch of stuff they don't want the jury to hear.
5/2/2011 12:17:51 PM
Guilty...due to juries just being a rubber stamp for the government.
5/2/2011 12:20:56 PM
i would not be surprised by a guilty verdictthat said, i'm still thinking the odds are:not guilty >>> hung >>>>>>>>> guilty
5/2/2011 12:22:40 PM
I too wouldn't be surprised if the Jury said Guilty, hopefully I can get some respect back for the general public with a not guilty verdict
5/2/2011 12:24:29 PM
The jury has already shown their impatience via the note - they've probably already made up their minds individually. I don't really see why they'd take several days to deliberate.[Edited on May 2, 2011 at 12:25 PM. Reason : -]
5/2/2011 12:24:35 PM
I agree. And I fully expect that a guilty verdict would be overturned on appeal. This judge has screwed so much up already.
5/2/2011 12:27:22 PM
well, i think they've already made up the minds individually, but odds are that there's at least one stupid person in there that has decided guilty just because and that person will need to be persuaded/brow-beaten/whateverand a hung jury is certainly a possibility...in any case, i'm thinking they'll do it in a day or less
5/2/2011 12:27:51 PM
I see absolutely no way they come back with a guilty verdict.
5/2/2011 12:27:59 PM
Really--the judge is going to throw 2nd degree in there, even though the defense and prosecution both don't want it??
5/2/2011 12:29:59 PM
^^ you can't assume that the masses have a firm grasp on logic and intelligence[Edited on May 2, 2011 at 12:30 PM. Reason : carats]
5/2/2011 12:30:02 PM
5/2/2011 12:30:19 PM
5 minutes. Not guilty.
5/2/2011 12:30:55 PM
5/2/2011 12:34:23 PM
^^^Last week, or the week before, the jury wrote a note asking that the trial be hurried up so they could get back to their lives. IIRC At the time I believe the court was doing a few consecutive half days and the note was probably an indication that the jury would rather do whole days so they could get the trial over with.[Edited on May 2, 2011 at 12:35 PM. 5/2/2011 12:34:26 PM
5/2/2011 12:34:48 PM
One week. Hung jury.
5/2/2011 12:36:34 PM
either he's not guilty in less than 2 hours or it's a hung jury. There's a good possibility that one asshole on the jury had enough evidence of guilt when they learned that Brad was married to Nancy.
5/2/2011 12:39:27 PM
There is also the possibility they consider finding him guilty of 2nd degree murder if they feel he is guilty yet they don't believe he planned to murder her beforehand. In that case their deliberations will likely focus on the google maps testimony and it might take several days for them to review and decide.
5/2/2011 12:43:05 PM
the second degree murder shit is bullshit.
5/2/2011 1:07:29 PM
Not GuiltyIf I were on the jury, it would take me about 30minutes to explain my point of view and do as much convincing as I could. So, I imagine it'll probably take one day and they'll return the verdict midway through the second day.
5/2/2011 1:20:11 PM
gah i hope not guilty. there has to be some sense in at least some of these jurors. I've never been on a jury and can't remember 12 Angry Men, but is the jury allowed to discuss the case amongst themselves during the trial or only during deliberation?
5/2/2011 1:45:44 PM
only deliberation.
5/2/2011 1:47:54 PM
jeez abc 11's recount of the Miglucci rebuttal reads like they're pinning the guilty tag on him already
5/2/2011 1:50:00 PM
i think the prosecution has done a good enough job blasting white noise, that at least one of the jurors will not get off their guilty.so hung jury in a week.
5/2/2011 2:02:48 PM
not (even remotely) guilty.
5/2/2011 3:13:17 PM
by remotely are you saying by cisco wireless router?
5/2/2011 3:16:41 PM
I started watching the trial and following this thread and basically thought the guy was guilty, but that he shouldn't be convicted because they have no evidence. Now I am convinced he didn't do it. Not Guilty.
5/2/2011 3:20:09 PM
there was a lot of testimony that was above me, but from what i can tell brad killed her through a VPN at some port where there were ducks.
5/2/2011 3:22:46 PM
WELL HUNG JURYcallin it now
5/2/2011 3:22:47 PM
still think he's guiltybut I think the jury will say Not Guilty
