Chicken parm, salad, texas toast....and the best cupcakes I think I've ever made. I think I could eat 20 in a sitting. But I will refrain.

Cass, this may come off wrong, but why do you and your man eat different stuff for the same meal? Just curious

He likes meat more than I do so sometimes I pick him up something different. The pasta is for both of us. Most of the time are our sides are the same. A lot of times I make us the same stuff (last night we had burgers) but I have weird food allergies and am also making sure I don't become a heffer before the wedding so I make different stuff sometimes. I like to cook so I don't mind.

Dill and parsley heirloom potatoes, rosemary grilled corn, and lemon basil grilled chicken. Holy crap, it is so awesome I find it hard to believe I made it!

Did you make those?

I'm guessing yes based on the way they are burned around the edges.

Thinking about ordering room service.

Since it's a 5 star hotel, I'll probably go with the chicken nuggets.

I have some chicken that I want to make, but zero inspiration on what I want to do with it. Guess it's gong to be garlic + herbs + butter + skillet.

Fresh corn.

I only have myself to feed this evening and my neighbor send over corn from her garden, so I cut it off the cob and had a small bowl for dinner.
