Just stinks they re-did the egg distributions and now 10k eggs are more likely to give me what I need but actually getting a 10k egg seems to be much more rare than it use to be. Getting an absolute TON of 2k eggs, just wish I could delete some.

I was 25 Togepi candy and 1 10k egg from being done....and now I'm 82 away from being done....sonuva!

Also, they've ruined eggs for me. last 25 eggs, 0 10k, 3 5k, 22 2k eggs.

That's some BS since I literally only need 10k and 5k eggs(Hitmonlee and Togepi).

Will be interesting too see if they increase storage across the board because that's a lot of Pokemon and items we'll have to make room for.

Good point on storage I didnt think about that... they probably wont because it will almost force people to spend some money at that point. I am only at 104/149 so thats a pretty big fail before the next batch comes out haha.

Don't take the extra 2k eggs as a bad thing. The Pokemon which you get from eggs are showing up at about the same rate as before, just many of them are appearing in smaller eggs. So when you get a Gastly egg, its a 2k instead of a 5k. This is better all around because you get the same Pokemon for less distance (unless you REALLY wanted that extra candy).

The problem is I only need 2 Pokemon right now, and neither of them come in 2k eggs. So literally every 2k egg I get is a bummer right now. At least before 5k eggs disappointed me but at least I knew I had a shot at getting something I needed.

Still wish they would let us just delete eggs we didn't want. But I'm sure that helps towards moving incubators.

The naming your Eevee trick seems to work to land the 2 new ones.

Now just need to find some of these new special items to evolve some of the ones I saved candy for.

Also found a 10k egg for the first time in a week...so that was exciting.

Think my 4 10k did include 1 Smoochum, a Dratini, Pineco, and Mantine.

I found 2 Sudowoodo and 2 Skarmory the last 2 days and both come in 10k eggs so must be somewhat rare.

Fairly disappointed that Hitmonlee has been removed from 10k eggs and now you have to get Tyrogue and hope to evolve him into one. The only hold out from Gen 1 I have left.

^Even after recent update that fixed the quick attack Pokemon? The Gen 2 update basically made guys like Vaporeon useless, but since they updated and made the faster attackers fast again, don't seem to have any issue with Blissey.

Then again you could be talking about prestiging, which is always tougher with a tank like Blissey.

So do the special items show up in your item list? I evolved a gloom to a bellossum a while back, and I didn't know I had the thing you gotta have. I haven't seen one of the special items since then. I don't want to miss seeing it again!

Yeah they show up at the bottom of your item list. So far I've gotten an up-grade(Porygon) and metal coat(Steelix/Scizor), but that's it. Seems to be a really low spin rate for the special items.

Seems to be random, married couple I know hit relatively the same number of stops and the wife has gotten 5 items and the husband only 1.

Originally the 7th day bonus seemed to grant you 1 but they seemed to have gotten rid of that after the first week of them.

^Getting a Lapras, Snorlax, and Dragonite should be a bit easier now with the 10k eggs thinned out a bit.

I have a maxed out Dragonite and hit so many 10k Dratini eggs that I'm 1 more matching from a 2nd Dragonite.

Also, I've landed a bunch of wild strong Snorlax. Think I have 5 over CP2000.

I've already started seeing maxed out Tyrannitar in gyms. So either we have some spoofers or they're killing it with 10k eggs. I hatched 1 Larvitar and was pumped, can't imagine how many you'd have to hatch to get a Tyrannitar and max it out.

There are definitely people cheating around Raleigh. Those same people are probably the ones who had maxed dragonites in every gym around here a long time ago. Those same things are still sitting in those gyms all that gold must be nice haha.

I have gotten a dratini in my last 3 10km eggs. IV values havent been anything awesome so kinda meh about it.

My last 3 10k eggs were Dratini. I now have 2 Dragonite, one maxed out and one at CP2800+.

Not really complaining, but wouldn't mind to hatch a Snorlax, Chansey, or Larvitar, could really use that candy instead of Dratini haha.

Of course, I've already used the sun stone where you can, and I need 44 more porygon candies to upgrade the only porygon i ever caught, ever.

I've hit a ton of stops and I've landed an Up-Grade, Metal Coat, and Sun Stone. Used 2 of the 3 and 2 Porygon candy from using the Up-Grade. Just need this weather to go back warm to speed this up.

Maybe it hadnt kicked in yet or maybe I would have had to shut it down and restart but I was at a park yesterday with a lake from 4 till 6 or so and saw no evidence there were any extra water pokemon... if anything there were less than usual as I have been trying to grind out the candy for a stupid Gyarados

Unfortunately there are zero pokemon near my house as I live outside the city. I have one pokestop in walking/biking distance so having pokemon spawn near stops has helped some I can at least grab 4/5 randoms anytime I go out for a walk or ride.

I would love to be able to hit the gyms near my work but I am still fairly certain cheaters are controlling them. The last time I took one out the next day all the same people were back with their 3000+ CP dragonites. Yesterday afternoon I saw someone had taken out 2 of those gyms god knows how many resources that took. This morning as I drive by thinking hey maybe today I can go try to take them... nope full yellow team again of all the same people with all their 2800+ pokemon.

So either there is a full team of like 7 or 8 people who immediately all get together and go out taking stops as soon as they go down... or fucking asshat cheaters.

In North Raleigh you start to see the same high level players in all the gyms, and I don't think it's really about cheating more than people just spending a ton of time keeping their daily coin collections at 10 gyms. Though seeing the maxed out Tyrannitars is an obvious red flag.

^^Even though you might be in a rut with Magikarp...don't forget with this update came...SHINY MAGIKARP and GYRADOS! So I'd recommend catching every Magikarp you see and hope you land a Shiny.

Also a migration last night, so curious to see what the local nests have flipped to. Not sure if you're still not seeing any water type but I'm seeing a ton, just stinks that I'm fairly set on most of the water type so it's all about candy really.

The park I was at yesterday had a Vulpix nest so stocked up on Candy for those although I already had evolved a Ninetales. Haven't checked to see if any of the decent ones I caught are worth evolving yet. Luckily 2/3 gyms I took there yesterday are still under control so maybe I can finally get a second days worth of coins for a change haha.

I have an 87% IV Dragonair and enough candies to evolve my first dragonite just debating if I wanna go with this one or hold out that maybe I find a better one. I have two more 10km eggs cooking and the last 5 or 6 have all been dratini so thinking maybe I get a slightly better one but then may only have enough candies to get it to dragonair and have to wait longer to get my first dragonite haha.

I feel like Niantic really missed out on a big opportunity by not making the game social as far as adding friends, seeing what they have/you have, trading, fighting each other, etc. Have they done any of that yet? I haven't touched the game in months but I really enjoyed the hysteria around it when it first came out.

^They've announced they have most of that in the works and should be released in the next year.

Sound like trading is causing some issues, almost seems like they're not going to let you trade with just anyone, so wonder if you'll have to be in the same vicinity.

I'd imagine battling with friends is probably coming first, but still curious what the perk will be or if it's just going to be XP related. People using multiple accounts could easily ruin this one.

Man I really wish back in the day I hadn't been trashing revives and instead been ditching potions to make space. Now that you have to use them for both taking gyms and leveling your own up I ran out after about 4 or 5 takedowns and now I rarely see any from stops. It will be weeks before I can even get enough to think about taking down a high level gym or ranking one up to add mine back in unless I get way more lucky than I have the past few days.

Well evolved my first Dragonite finally 87 IV and got the best move set so pretty happy with that.

My Gyarados however while 93 IV got the worst move set so not happy about that one. Filled out several more of my Pokedex in a mass evolve today so slowly getting there.

I have about 500 magikarp candy I'm sitting on. Basically just hoping I'll catch a shiny and get a maxed out red gyrados.

Part of me misses the flood of water type just because it gave me more useful ones to catch, but I do like catching a few more grass type(2 more to finish off the full evolve of my "amazing" Chikorita").

Hopefully we'll have a good Easter event soon with double candy.

Got a few more candy from walking left to finish up my Rhydon then not really sure what I will start working towards next with my buddy. May try to finish up Victreebell although feels like I can get some bellsprouts in the wild to finish that eventually. May just go Dratini for a bit to get the candy to max my dragonite out.
