No one's mentioned the great standoff between Boyd and Daryl Crowe in the last ep. That entire scene was great.

there was so much awesomeness in this episode for sure, including that scene.i was hoping wash would have been around for more than what he was... he seemed pretty damn badass when he was introduced but then went out so easily. [Edited on February 6, 2014 at 10:19 PM. Reason : ]

The scene in the diner with Art was also really good...I loved the, "I'm gonna give you 10 seconds to leave, or I'm going to shoot you"and Wynn was all like, "Yeah, that's kind of a thing with these Marshalls" LOL
2/7/2014 5:43:14 AM
that was the most tense moment of the episode imo

My wife and I talk to each other at home in Rapaport's horrible southern accent. It's fun. Ken you geet me that pan over theeeere?
2/11/2014 11:44:53 AM
I like how Boyd handled the "adversity" he was dealing with in the last episode.
2/12/2014 11:53:03 AM
I love how Dewey got lost in the woods AGAIN

Anyone know what music was playing during the "justified is sponsored by Volkswagen" spot?Been trying to figure this out for a couple years

http://www.pajiba.com/celebrities_are_better_than_you/twitter-meltdowns-ruining-your-favorite-actors-for-you-since-2006.phpArt a lunatic or a massive troll?
2/25/2014 9:16:07 AM
it's well known he's pretty right wing nutty; his character is even slanted that way, so it shouldn't be any surprise (he was listening to Rush in the car a while ago)
2/25/2014 10:26:34 AM
^^Hahaha, Art's a twitter dick who adopted a black kid!And sorry I just don't give a shit about actors lives outside of their role. I don't think less of 30 Rock because of what Adam Baldwin thinks or says anymore then I do about Nick from Justified or Adam from Firefly. All of those shows are awesome and as long as the actors don't commit a crime, who cares, let them live their life.

I think Art hates Raylan as much as Arlo did now
2/26/2014 9:43:42 AM
I don't know that he hates him so much as he feels Raylan let him down. He's really disappointed in him and it seems to have damaged that almost father/son relationship they had going.
2/26/2014 10:21:37 AM
I agree....I think they will reconcile to some point by the end of the season... Raylan will end up digging them out of a hole or something. Not the best episode of the season, but still good.I'm not feeling the Ava side-story.... I'm sure it will connect somehow to the main plot, especially with the drugs. Also, I don't think we've seen the end of the hacker, either... Though I wish we had...
2/26/2014 5:29:44 PM
^^ This. I'm also betting on some kind of come to jesus moment between the two of them before the end of the season.Also...just kind of looking at things from the last episode I didn't know that Rachel was kind of the second boss around there...just interesting to me. (And I still think her and Raylan are gonna get it on before this all ends next year)I, too, am kind of bored by the whole Ava plotline right now.
2/27/2014 8:13:02 AM
Wow interesting episode from last week, which I just got caught up on. Return of Dickie, sorta. Dewey finally losing it, sorta. Danny trying out the 21' rule again on Raylan with "different" results. Shit continuing to pile up on Boyd and the implosion of the Crowe clan. Can't wait for this weeks episode.
3/24/2014 12:54:11 PM
Boyd, as always, is the master of blowing shit updefinitely can't wait for Raylan to get a hold of Daryl...though somehow I suspect it was Kendall's idea and not his. he certainly is the "smartest" of the bunch, considering Wendy didn't kill Daryl after what he did to herhell, at this point, I hope all the Crowes get killed off but Dewey
3/26/2014 1:04:40 PM
I think it was still Daryl's idea... Especially after he made Kendall become his "blood brother"It is really getting good. Too bad there are only 2 episodes left this season.
3/26/2014 5:00:40 PM
Probably my least favorite season so far, but its finally starting to ramp up a bit. Definitely setting up plot lines leading into the final season.
3/26/2014 8:47:04 PM
You can definitely tell Raylan is trying hard not to be "Raylan"...but I think he realized in this episode that it isn't paying off....especially when he saw Art at the end of the episode at the hospital... I think they have scaled back his "rogue-ness" so they can ramp it up in these last 2 episodes and especially the final season, which I think will ultimately pit him against Boyd
3/27/2014 5:44:07 AM
WORLDSTAR!
4/2/2014 7:41:26 AM
i think i need to watch this one again...my mind was in 10 different places last night]
4/2/2014 8:21:52 AM
dark days ahead for Dewey Crowe
4/3/2014 9:50:31 AM
Great episode...what is Raylan up to by telling Boyd he's going to use his file against him? I think it's more complicated than just wanting to put him away. As he said earlier in the episode about Daryl Jr he wants to catch the guy for the real crime, not just use bullshit...why would he bring up this file on Boyd now and not last week or last year or whatever?[Edited on April 3, 2014 at 9:57 AM. Reason : asdf]
4/3/2014 9:56:53 AM
Raylan said the Marshals save things like that until they need to use them, and that time had finally come. That's how they got Boyd to cooperate and wear a wire. Boyd's deal was that if he did help them catch Daryl, he'd get a clean slate and they couldn't use the file as leverage against him at a later date.
4/3/2014 10:24:39 AM
That wasn't what boyd was after. He doesn't care about the file, he was just using raylan as a shield from the cartel for the time being.
4/3/2014 10:50:51 AM
I guess my point is Raylan seems to think he can use the book against Boyd to get him to do something for him. After failing to catch Daryl, through no fault of Boyd, why not save the book for a later date to be used against him? Why just go after him right now with not much to gain from it, other than putting him in jail, which apparently they could have been doing all along
4/3/2014 11:00:08 AM
they're setting up the final season, which is shaping up to be Ava VS Boyd VS Raylan, with Wynn Duffy and Katherine Hale playing yet-to-be-determined sides (assuming Wynn survives the cartel next week). the time has come for Raylan to go after Boyd, so it comes to this. Ava dumping Boyd, and then finding out he chose his own ass over trying to save her, while, ahem, justified, seems to have her on the track to get back at him once she gets out of jail (which it seems Raylan may be able to do).with Raylan dangerously close to crossing the line, and the whole Nicky Augustine thing out in the open now (at least with Rachel and Tim), it will be interesting to see what happens. at the moment, Raylan is just Boyd with a badge. what happens to that dynamic will be the defining moment.
4/3/2014 11:05:16 AM
Makes sense in terms of the larger plot I guess. I've always thought this series will end with Raylan shooting Boyd in the heart
4/3/2014 11:57:02 AM
Great episode...I didn't think Tim and Rachel knew about Raylan's role with Nicki Augustine, but it seemed like they did. They seemed like they had a prepared answer in response to Boyd and had Raylan's back about it... I know the scene earlier in the season when Rachel gave Raylan a chance to tell her and he declined.... But maybe he told them later? I could definitely see it the other way, though. They had the genuine "What are you talking about? That case has been solved and closed"I'm definitely interested in seeing what the finale has in store. I have a feeling it will be more of a cliffhanger finale than we have ever had. Definitely going to set up Boyd vs. Raylan.Who do you think dies in the finale? I think Daryl for sure.. anyone else?
4/3/2014 9:47:02 PM
Duffy may die since the Mexican gang now knows he lied about killing Boyd. I hope they don't kill him off though, I really like the character. Also, it looks like Boyd's #1 is going to bite the big one though he's not really a main character. Personally I wouldn't mind seeing Ava getting knocked off. That character's story arc is the least interesting to me.
4/4/2014 12:04:05 PM
I think it actually is going to be a fairly violence free finale. It is interesting because it is set up right now to allow for the Mexican guys to take Daryl instead of Boyd which would be similar to what Raylan did with the mob guys. I have a feeling we are going to get that same situation except this time he will intervene and bring Daryl in.
4/4/2014 12:07:14 PM
I would be surprised if they killed Eva...if she can't figure out a way out of that situation I don't see Raylan just walking away from that knowing she might die if he doesn't do something
4/4/2014 12:08:59 PM
I am tired of the Eva drama. Don't care what happens to her character.
4/4/2014 12:53:23 PM
Especially now that she knows Boyd tried to save his own ass i think Ava will have a much more important role to play in the final season.,/]
4/4/2014 2:49:14 PM
season finale tonight!
4/8/2014 11:01:36 AM
Season was probably my least favorite, but still was better than most of what's on TV - picked up a lot at the end. Set up the final season pretty damn well - Raylan & Boyd.[Edited on April 8, 2014 at 11:10 PM. Reason : d]
4/8/2014 11:09:52 PM
well, I was mostly right, and the Ava situation tied up nicer than I expected, so I certainly can't wait for the last two weeks of Raylan's service in Kentucky. the Crowe situation didn't play out like I expected, but after what Wendy went through, she earned her moment in the sun.also, I am very glad Wynn Duffy survives for the final season
4/8/2014 11:12:16 PM
^^ agreed & ^ agreed. Raylan vs. Boyd was always the endgame. The final season should be epic.
4/8/2014 11:19:21 PM
why won't anyone kill ava? she bores the hell out of me
4/9/2014 12:21:46 AM
I love the show but this was my least favorite season finale... There were a few moments that were very cliche and predictable, ie. Tim getting broadsided by a car, Raylan showing up at the end, Ava getting out of jail at the end, etc.... Just seemed like everything wrapped up very quickly all of a sudden...the writing was a little off, I felt..Ava will play a big role next season and I think she will be be torn between going back to Boyd and confessing she is an informant, or helping the Marshals.I don't think we've seen the end of the woman in jail either... The way they made a big deal out of Ava calling her a coward...she'll be back. What other returning characters do you think will show up next season?Quarles?Dewey?Dicky Bennett? The other marshal from this season that got hit by the car?
4/9/2014 6:03:32 PM
well considering Quarles is dead i'm not going to count on him being around. honestly though, i don't see the writers making the final season a parade of past fan favorites. The story just doesn't need or suit it. The fight over the holler is finished so there is no need for Limehouse to be around. Dewey Crowe should be locked up for years to come after confession to Wade Mercer's murder, and we've already seen that Dickey Bennett is locked up tight. If anything next season needs to put it's focus on Raylan, Boyd, Wynn, Tim, Rachel, and Art. and that's it.
4/9/2014 6:08:42 PM
I could see some Limehouse involvement, the banker/info broker role he plays could be used well.Solid season overall, but definitely not my favorite.Loved this years version of Never Leave Harlan alive...incidentally, thinking about that song makes me think neither one of those two are getting out of there in the end.
4/9/2014 7:12:14 PM
Forgot that Dewey was arrested...I think Katherine will have a large role, of course. And I'm not sure Vasquez wants to go after Boyd as much as he really wants to go after Katherine. It has already been shown that he has a personal vendetta against her. And the writers have said that until you actually see someone dead, don't assume they are dead. Quarles was never shown dead... I don't think. But yeah I could definitely see Limehouse coming back. I forgot about him.
4/9/2014 7:15:22 PM
Quarles isn't confirmed dead, for what its worth. as ^ mentioned, Yost has a long running commitment to not ruling anyone out unless they are confirmed dead on the show. while it's unlikely he survived due to all the blood loss, they left that door cracked.I can definitely see Limehouse being in the last season. Boyd and Co. probably won't go around robbing actual banks, they'll likely be going after crime organization fund houses...and who do we know that holds a lot of crime money?Vasquez is definitely gunning for Katherine. she's shown she was the real kingpin of the Dixie Mafia, so her, Boyd, and "Where there's a Wynn, there's a way" Duffy are going to be very dangerousI don't think we've seen the last of Dewey and Dickey, but I don't think they're going to get one last hurrah either. maybe one episode Raylan will hit them up for info in prison like he did with Dickey this year, but I doubt Dewey Crowe and his four kidneys will ride again. I wouldn't mind seeing Drew/Shelby again either, or finding our where Ellen May went. Future Raylan (aka Alex Miller) is a DEA Agent, not a Marshall; still, I'd like to see him again one last time tooand for the love of god, let there be one last triumphant return of Constable Bob!
4/9/2014 8:44:39 PM
^that's sounding more like the Seinfeld finale
4/11/2014 9:22:34 AM
jesus, that all sounds terrible. the last thing i want is a greatest hits final season. though Graham Yost did confirm that if Patton Oswalt's schedule allowed it we would see a return of Constable Bob.
4/11/2014 9:50:25 AM
I've always thought Raylan might try to adopt Ellen May or something. Maybe end up in FL with Winona and their little girl and his adopted daughter. Who the fuck knows. They could take the final season so many ways. I can't wait.
4/13/2014 7:32:11 AM
^Do you mean Loretta?
4/13/2014 9:07:38 AM
I've always thought the end of the show would have a showdown with Boyd AND Raylan and they both die...However, I don't know if the writers would have the guts to kill off Raylan or not.
