I lifted last night and ran 1.5 miles that morning. I also ate grill chicken and OJ for dinner.Today, I ate a bowl of cereal, a healthy chicken wrap, and I plan on running 1-2 miles then lifting at night.

quit smoking, cut out caffeine.biked 8 miles yesterday, kept my heart rate over 155 the entire time. 8 minutes on the elliptical, hr over 160 the whole time. 8 minute cool down on the treadmill, covered about .5 miles. I'm trying to strengthen and tighten my quad so that my knee cap will stay in place and i can run on it again.followed that with high weight/low sets work on my back, normal routine for my biceps and then some ab stuff.afterwards i managed to down two chicken brest sandwiches, a 10 oz burger, and a slim fast shake.later i did two lean cuisine dinners, a protein shake and another slim fast.

why are you all posting your shitty diets?If we want to talk food, today i've so far eaten:6 egg omlete with mushrooms and spinach, 1 cup (measured dry oatmeal) w/ honey and apple mixed in, big glass of milkchicken breast w/salad (olive oil and basalmic vinegar drizzled on top), milkbig can of tuna, 2 peices of whole wheat, bannana, milkperi and post workout shakesgoing to eat dinner soon and then some more food later on.[Edited on December 19, 2006 at 4:20 PM.
