don't use a debit/credit card at el cerro. i had my debit card number taken there and then a bunch of porn site and match.com subscriptions showed up on my account. that was 2 years ago. happened to a friend of mine after going to el cerro a few months ago. same type of porn stuff and more match.com subscriptions.
