Yeah the offense on the final drive was completely incompetent. Also the playcalling on the previous drive which took the lead was not exactly wise given the circumstances of the game. I mean the TD call was great, but the decision to call a short pass that was broken up the previous play gave LA 40 free seconds or a timeout. Just more poor game management from Canales to not run the ball there, or at least bootleg Young and let him run it if no one is wide open. No reason to stop the clock there.

The Panthers desperately need some edge rushers who can actually get to the QB. Right now if Derrick Brown doesn't force the pressure, it's not happening. If only they had a player like Brian Burns. That's what killed them on the final drive. No pressure at all. Well that and McVay finally realized the Panthers had no answer to their 3 TE sets.
