i was contemplating that as well.here's me back in late feb, prior to when i stopped lifting for a while, and shifted over to just running. ill do some pics over the weekend at the beach. probably weighed 180 +/- 2 lbs there. am now clocking 175, but i have been eating especially well the last week or so as a result of this thread and in order to be able to eat some good food on vacation at the beach. would like to see if i can go sub 175, even though im very comfortable with how i feel and look at this weight, or even 180. im not really going for mass, i just enjoy trying to be as lithe and relatively thin as i can, without looking sickly. but i think i'm a good 10-15 lbs from that.that's my only topless pic of recent memory. 4 miles on the elliptical, 3 mile run on the trail wood loop. Then when I was done I did 3 leg excercises and 3 shoulder exercises. I always do 3 ab exercises. Leg Curls 4 sets of 6 of 150 pounds....burnout of 16 reps of 70 pounds.Hamstring Curls 4 sets of 6 of 150 pounds....burnout of 16 reps of 70 pounds.I count the running and elliptical as 1 exercise.Shoulder presses 4 sets of 6 of 85 pounds...burnout of 16 of 40 pounds.Shoulder extensions 4 sets of 30 pounds each arm...burnout of 16 of 12 poundsShould lifts 4 sets of 80 pounds each arm....burnout of 16 of 50 poundsDinner was a microwavable meal of 15 grams of protein a Mac N Cheese Burger mix, 8 ounce whole milk, and a peanut butter bar. Today's stats: I tried better to hit my macros today, but didn't quite get there I know I didn't consume that much fat because I consciously try to overestimate kcals and underestimate expenditure. And sometimes I can't find exactly what I ate so I put in something that's close (i.e. 1% milk instead of skim, full-fat cheese instead of 2%, regular ground beef instead of extra lean). I know you can add things yourself, but like I said, I try to overestimate.

I've been using an excel spreadsheet that I created, keeping my protein at ~40%, carbs at ~40% and fat at ~20%might switch it up a bit though

just did the fit test on insanity (day one)i burnt a respectable 200 calories in 30min. the fit test was definitely a challenge but i know i can get my numbers up over the next 2 months. i plan to do day 2 tomorrow before i leave for the airport.this thread had inspired me to go to the gym and do stairs for an hour, the fit test was nice and all but i can't count that as a work out in good conscience oh and ive decided that my beach body goal is iheartkisses .. but with more huge boobs [Edited on May 26, 2010 at 8:58 PM. I also bought a Zone diet cookbook. That diet will do VERY well with my diabetes. fuck around i just packed my lunch for tomorrow and friday. damn you people and your motivation has me back into this again. my wife is furious because she said for the next 12 weeks i will not go out to eat with her! she is lucky, she is 5'6" and 114 silicone and all, yet she eats what ever she wants. its not fair.
