crompton is 9 kinds of awful
9/27/2008 10:19:26 PM
9/27/2008 10:56:39 PM
Well, at least they have Josh Nunes coming in 2009
9/29/2008 11:25:01 AM
Fuck this shit
9/29/2008 11:39:44 AM
yeah, this is an NC State message board!
9/29/2008 11:40:46 AM
9/29/2008 11:43:58 AM
i wasn't gonna say that
9/29/2008 11:45:21 AM
STOP HITTING YOURSELF STOP HITTING YOURSELF STOP HITTING YOURSELF STOP HITTING YOURSELF
9/30/2008 12:14:05 PM
pretty much how its been.Hell, they would have beat Auburn if him and Foster could have gotten a damn hand off right
9/30/2008 3:15:17 PM
Nick Stephens (RS-Sophomore) will be starting at QB this week... not sure if it will help or not but I dont think it could be any worse than Crompton's dumb ass
10/4/2008 2:12:30 AM
Butch Davis to Tenn
10/4/2008 4:44:41 AM
Well, wasnt all bad... got a commitment from the #1 All Purpose Back in the country, David Oku.That gives us the #1 and #2 RBs
10/5/2008 4:46:00 PM
haha, this actually happened.....
10/7/2008 5:47:47 PM
hahahahah
10/7/2008 10:12:40 PM
big game for some on this board this week...Willie Martinez can make Steve Tannyhill look like Steve Young...but UGA is tough after a bye week. If UT can't move the ball, this could be ugly
10/8/2008 10:11:42 PM
"could" ??Tennessee is horrible this year. Tennessee hasnt been that good the last two years and beat the living fuck out of the each time...if Georgia doesnt beat them this year I dont know if they ever will again.Should be something like 41-14
10/9/2008 12:38:16 AM
yawn... beat a bad Miss. State team 34-3on the good side Eric Berry, broke the 60 year old SEC record for fumble/int yardage for a career... and hes only half way through his Sophomore year. The guy is special. Really special.
10/19/2008 1:30:33 AM
10/20/2008 4:29:08 PM
I truly believe Tennessee is going to pull the upset this weekend. Bama is due for a loss. Cody is out. It's at Neyland. Tennessee has some momentum. And Fulmer tends to win games like this.Vegas had it at +6 earlier, up to +7 today. I'll take it.
10/20/2008 4:35:08 PM
^ I agree with all of that... BUT... this is the worst Tennessee team in 25 years so I dont know if the trends (especially Fulmer being great as a "no way they will win" underdog) apply here...
10/20/2008 4:36:43 PM
the real question is, does tennessee want to win this game?
10/20/2008 5:11:34 PM
GO VOLS
10/25/2008 9:50:57 AM
last straw for Fulmer?
10/26/2008 1:49:37 PM
well, aside from the ass kicking it was a great weekend.prettynot sure what was going on here... some extreme sports shit in the middle of towntailgatingband at tailgatingmulletdrunk as shit at this pointwatching Georgia/LSUHawkins' first round with Firefly Sweet Tea Vodkadance bitchesview from seatsat least the Band kicked ass
10/27/2008 12:39:21 AM
hmmm, a "source" of mine who is pretty well connected just told me that Fulmer is stepping down... and its going to be a lot sooner than anyone expected. Not sure what to make of that... seems pretty speculative but hes not the type to make up random rumors
10/27/2008 1:50:58 AM
^ she said its official... Fulmer stepping down at the end of the year... offer of $4+ million a year to Gruden. I dont see it.and from a rivals board:
10/27/2008 3:49:35 PM
i'm gonna have to call bullshit on Fulmer leaving after the season
10/27/2008 5:20:57 PM
i believe it.
10/27/2008 5:32:56 PM
I heard the Fullmer rumors this morning and didn't believe it. My friend said he was stepping down today. The thing is until either Tennessee's high school football gets better or Mark Richt, Nick Saban, and Butch Davis don't have their states on lockdown, UT's recruiting isn't going to get that much better.
10/27/2008 5:54:09 PM
I went to a UT game a few years ago and had a blast. The atmosphere was awesome, tailgaiting was great, and the people were friendly. The only thing I didn't like about it was the $70 ticket I had to pay to get in the game.
10/27/2008 6:02:52 PM
^^ yeah, Richt has really hurt... we never went into Florida too much (although Travis Henry comes to mind) but we raped Georgia and South Carolina for years, especially Georgia. Fulmer has still had some luck their recently, including the maybe the best Tennessee defensive player ever at this point in his career (Eric Berry) but Richt has definitely closed the borders some.Fulmer always got a ton of talent from California. The Clausens, Donte Stallworth etc.
10/27/2008 6:46:52 PM
didn't berry's father play at Tennessee? He's like a Deion Sanders that can hit
10/27/2008 6:51:46 PM
yeah, he did.Or a Ronnie Lott that can run
10/27/2008 10:09:43 PM
Use ‘em while you can: donut jokes are about to be completely obsolete at Tennessee
10/28/2008 2:13:46 PM
haaha I love how he's "holding" the donut
10/28/2008 3:38:15 PM
The Titans are kicking ass this year.
10/28/2008 3:46:04 PM
UT should hire Jeff Fisher.[Edited on October 28, 2008 at 3:49 PM. Reason : fucking double post?]
10/28/2008 3:46:44 PM
UT going to lure away Butch Davis? That'd be super sweet.
10/28/2008 9:22:41 PM
yes it would... would take him in a heartbeat
10/28/2008 9:25:20 PM
oh, the season is still going? whens bball? Fire Fulmerhowever, in the midst of this shitty season Fulmer has continued to recruit like a champ, just got the 3rd best dual threat QB in the country, Tajh Boyd[Edited on November 1, 2008 at 7:06 PM. Reason : d]
11/1/2008 6:57:59 PM
jesus christ, worst talent level to results ratio ever for an offense??[Edited on November 1, 2008 at 7:31 PM. Reason : d]
11/1/2008 7:30:45 PM
I think Tenn wins 8-9 games next year, but tonight, they're getting their shit pushed in by an average SCU (or whatever fucking combination they identify themselves with now) team.
11/1/2008 8:00:18 PM
I have a two word review: shit sandwich
11/1/2008 8:11:47 PM
haha, Tennessee just took out a season's worth of frustration on one play. Berry with an INT, a big run back, 2 huge blocks, 2 South Carolina guys carried off the field
11/1/2008 9:35:12 PM
so is fullmer there tuesday?
11/1/2008 10:25:54 PM
I dont think they will let him go mid season, but I think hes out at the end of the year
11/1/2008 10:27:15 PM
11/2/2008 12:07:34 AM
oh easy on that one... much more all around talent at Tennessee this year, ND was just loaded with Freshman talent last year
11/2/2008 12:17:57 AM
this sounds promising! although this does almost make me feel bad for Phil
11/2/2008 2:24:51 AM
sounds like state basketball last year (and probably this year as well).[Edited on November 2, 2008 at 9:04 AM. Reason : except tennessee's been good a lot more recently than state basketball ]
