its definitely a great way to build the fanbase. you gotta figure the people that come to all the games in november and december will be there regardless so put them upstairs and put the new people in the best seats to try and win them over. before long you'll have enough dedicated ones to fill it up everytime.

These bandwagon "state" fans or closet carolina fans shouldn't be getting good seats while those who have been to every game are sitting out near jupiter somewhere.
