Squats, deep as I could go. I thought I'd fucked up for a second when I paused on my 10th rep of 365 for a deep stretch at the bottom, but luckily I was able to grind it back up without having to dump it. If I hadn't cut back on the weight I was using slightly because of this head cold, I probably would have gotten stuck and felt like a dumbass for having to dump the bar.

30-minute abs, chest workout, then did about 4.2 miles on a thirty minute treadmill run. Sundays get my week started.

Got a free pass fri to a gym at home. Did front squats, regular deadlifts, pull ups, incline bench, push presses and t-bar rows. I had a great workout and headed to the steam room.

I walked from the Dogwood parking deck to the Gravely Building and back today. Got my pulse up to 104 just from the walk over there!

how does depression do that?

depression makes you stagnate and either eat way to little or too much of the wrong shit.

You mihgt loose weight, but it will be lean body mass.
