All users who post have posted the same picture more than 100 times (regardless of time in between posts).

I think if Iced-what's-his-face can get suspended for showing pictures of a goat fucking a woman, then about 60% of the people on this board should be suspended for posting that damn NO picture (or saying [no] but that might be pushing it)

I would agree... that would seem to be padding and a waste of bandwidth
