It's called School Tool, /school.aspx. Just add your schedule then when viewing your schedule click add rating.

-Follow the directions.
-After uploading schedule, go to http://www.thewolfweb.com/school_myschedule.aspx
-Click the little "add rating" beside the appropriate course.
-Submit it.
