Just made Mexican pizza this week, it was good as heck.

The main difference is it has refried beans instead of tomato sauce, jalapeños, bacon or ham, and chorizo.

^^ I've never considered making a Mexican pizza, as an actual pizza - only as replicating Taco Bell. That's actually very interesting. I don't know how well refried beans would go with the dough of a real pizza though... I guess I'll just have to try it myself somehow.

I had never thought of making it either, then one of the guys I went on the Appalachian Trail with last fall is from Mexico and told me about it. Definitely plan on making it again

I mean, us mods are a pretty tight knit group. My man marko, who is quite honestly one of the best of us, would likely edit my post for me if I were to ask. Or punt this thread to Old School so I could edit it. But no one cares that much.
