This was going around on Twitter and the podcast sphere about a month ago. TLDR: USAID has funneled nearly $473M to Internews Network, a US-funded NGO that influences global media, supports social media censorship, and operates with opaque funding, political ties, and secretive subsidiaries.

The overseas propaganda arm that did things like destabilize, I mean democratize, Ukraine was turned to domestic issues after Trump was elected.

So, I see a full blown constitutional crisis here. Where the court orders something to be done (or not done), and the executive branch refuses. The court's recourse here will be to order U.S. Marshals to enforce the order, who are controlled by the executive branch. The executive branch will order the U.S. Marshals to ignore the court order.


We will no longer have a country bound by laws at that point.
