The only time I feel inconvenienced by Amazon’s returns is when I have to go to an actual UPS store. I don’t mind dropping off at Staples. Kohls was the easiest but it seems like they’ve removed that option from our area.

They rarely screw our orders up…it’s usually just me deciding I didn’t want what I ordered, or the item itself was messed up. But I usually get what I ordered.

^so I did the online chat, and the first time it was fine and didn't take long

but then I noticed the money wasn't refunded

so I did it again, and it was a huge ordeal and took forever, but they finally said they'd refund me

and they haven't =3

so just in case anyone tries to get a refund, you might want to try a phone call or something, or make sure you get some kind of confirmation of a refund. I'm too lazy to go through it again since I know it isn't going to work

I even got one of them to send me a receipt of the conversation and the approved refund

Amazon has plenty of revenue, I'm not understand why they're making this difficult

I don't ever leave the house bc I'm out constantly delivering people's Amazon :3 or i'd try to muster up the energy to actually go out and shop

I just don't understand why 4 different people independently told me I was getting a refund and I still never got it

if I didn't have so much $$, I'd probably make a massive issue out of it. 75 dollars is a shitload of money for most people :-\
