Is there something like this to repair charging cables? I know you can get them cheap but I am tired of discarding so many shit cables

What is your failure mode? Heat shrink tubing can extend the life of some of them. Like the one I'm using right now.

For the advanced USB-C stuff, there's actually circuitry molded into the plugs. It's easier and cheaper to just replace them.
