Ok so since there are no serious replies so far I'll throw something out there. All the "health tech" we employ in my household is a few years old, but still good stuff. We've fully bought into the Garman ecosystem. I have a Forerunner 945 (came out in 2019 but still going strong), would like to upgrade to the 955 because the 965 has lesser battery life. It lasts up to several weeks when not using GPS, and it'll last me a week when I run every other day. It gives me notifications from my phone, such as calls and texts, and lets me answer my phone remotely. It doesn't have the functionality of a smartwatch, but I can't handle having to charge an Apple watch daily. My wife has a Garman Venu which is billed as their smartwatch. A charge lasts at least a week and has is 100% a smartwatch...but still has all the health metrics that come with a Garman device. We also have their scale, which when you step on it it automatically syncs everything up.We have an Ergatta rower that has basically a tablet with their integrated workout system installed...you can sign up to live races, and they have all sorts of programs to follow. It's not anything like iFit which for me, really sucks. Those fitness rings are interesting but they seem superflous when you have a watch giving you pretty much the same metrics.

I just realized I misspelled Garmin more than once in my last post. Sunday morning fog I guess.

Thermometernothing else really for me at the momentBut... something I found really interesting was how some scientists started exploring 3d printing ligaments and stuff in the knee for replacements to test them out. That's crazy!

Best i liked was myfitnesspal because it had calorie counts on everything. All you had to do is scan barcode and put how many servings and it calculated it all up. Haven't used it in ages, imagine it probably isn't free anymore etc

I've seen people use that too.Has anyone ever used those fitbits and apple watches for this? I've heard the apple watches have all sorts of features like detecting if you're gonna have a heart attack or something.
