^^ pretty sure if you have a membership to a site, you would have had to provide ID or some proof that you’re >18. I think that’s what this is about right? Trying to make sure minors can’t access porn? TBH I’ve only read bits and pieces about this so I might be wrong.

It's not limited to memberships, it's for access itself.

But yeah, since it isn't regulated in other states, that's why I have questions on how enforcement works. Is it based on the size of the company? Cause there are probably tons of tiny websites. And then the state-federal dynamic. Basically just corporate internet law is what I seek to understand
