Wilmington moved their homeless camp from downtown (where businesses & residents were complaining) to Market St & Kerr Ave where the nearby businesses and residents are now complaining about it.

I heard the city of Raleigh homeless camp is on Capital Blvd near 540 in the woods. How is that working? Seems like camps in the woods would be better than dense areas.

they got evicted then the DOT clear cut all the trees out of the area
